各位資深前輩們，ANA EDY卡在日本遺失該怎麼辦？

我在2月中到北海道小樽旅遊，才加值了5000日圓，結果換到下個商店準備結帳時，發現卡片不見了！
寫信到ANA反應，得到結論如下
we regret to read you lost your Edy Card. Please note the value on the card cannot be replaced. This amount is stored to the actual card and not in any other account.
At the same time, we would like to inform you at this time that Edy Card is no longer offered to members outside of Japan. If you reside overseas, Edy Card is no longer available for you.
我知道現在ANA EDY卡已經不寄海外了，剛好有朋友住在日本，是否可以從新申請？（難道日本人都不會掉卡的嗎？
帳戶裏還有七千多日幣呢？
欲哭無淚啊！

這裡可以再申請一張,不過就是只限日本國內住址
至於你儲值的部分樂天網站有說不會賠償,所以沒人幫的了你(EDY信用卡都不賠了所以無解)
