人在芬蘭，如何辦俄羅斯簽證？

大大們，爬文得知大部分由台灣辦俄羅斯簽證，我正在芬蘭旅遊，很嚮往去那裡，結果問了此地的旅行社，旅行社的人建議由他們辦簽證比較快下來。但是最快也需六個工作天，除非我用快速件辦，時間可能縮短，當然需加價。由他們辦還需參加當地飯店行程，兩天一夜不含簽證台幣六千元，就索價兩萬七千元。
我想自己跑去大使館辦，但是文件準備及成功率毫無概念。請問大大們國外辦可行性如何？該準備哪些資料？說實在的國外旅遊除了必要交通費用，住宿費盡量壓到最低，自己料理三餐。看到國外的經濟榮景，還有大部分旅館及商店冷漠無情的表情，一副純是賺錢絲毫不管別人死活。出門再怎麼辛苦，我就是重點擺在瞭解別人文化，開拓視野，至於錢我留著花在台灣，他們是我的同胞，再說用台灣的收入在歐洲消費真的必須減低慾望，否則會口袋大失血。

前往俄羅斯在赫爾辛基的大使館，當時收件小姐不處理要退件，理由是在國外除非我來自中國，或是在台灣辦理否則在國外他們不收件，此規定從2007年十一月實施。當時我很錯愕坦白告訴她，既然你們有此規定，為何從你們相關網頁無此說明（我也心疼如果她不收件，又我已經被發邀請函的單位一共扣了兩位邀請函費用USD90)。
她聽到我的反駁，無言以對告訴我需請教上級，數分鐘後她回來說可以辦裡。我和先生當時欣喜莫及。他依我們出發日期速件處理要我們6/19早上取件，費用是EUR114.總共兩人費用是NT$9,300.
當初都還沒有想自己辦的念頭時，我們問過此地Information他們建議由agency 辦比較容易，agency的人說，辦俄簽一人普通件費用EUR126，工作天六天，如果速件需加價。又需參加他們的團三天二夜一人由EUR500~EUR700。
說實在，就台灣人民來說那不是一般人可接受，因此我決定自己試試看。
去到大使館，外面已經一排長龍不辦什麼文件？大使館人員沒半個人出來發號碼牌或探頭一下，辦簽證的人需經過按鈴透過監視器許可才可進入。看到西方人士個個緊縮眉頭，在外受寒癡癡等待的情況，坦白說他們顯現相當不悅，因為那情況很明顯的似乎他們矮了半截。今天取件時，我前面一位西方男士就當著收件小姐不高興說他不辦了。
當我拿到證件出來時，那排長龍沒什麼移動，而此時已經十點了，據說除了簽證外，有些文件收件並非每天收件，而且只有早上短短三小時。頭次，我領略到俄羅斯不同的形式風格，很令西方人受不了。
以上種種，再次感謝前輩不吝提供資訊，讓我們在外有依靠，謝謝大家！

大大，簽證費用速件（三天取件），是兩人EUR114=NT$5,500.(依台幣兌換匯率48算)，另加邀請函一人以USD45兩人共USD90=NT$2,700.
所以兩人簽證總費用是NT$9,200.
如果透過agency辦，辦俄簽一人普通件費用就EUR126，工作天六天，如果速件需加價。
不知道在國內費用多少？這種價格和辦英簽加簽差不多。不過可以在芬蘭辦已經蠻幸運了，可以不用透過agency，還需參加他們的團三天二夜一人由EUR500~EUR700，被剥好幾層皮，況且三天二夜太短了，只是坐車而以去的地方太少。
所以兩人簽證總費用是NT$9,200.

Right now we stay in Munich of Germany, and just escaped from Moscow of Russia on 25th June. We went to ST.Peterburg on 20th~23rd June, and stayed in Moscow on 23rdh~25th June. We took Berlin airline in the afternoon 4:55pm. When the flight arrived Berlin, all of the passengers clapped. How happy everyone was to escape the terrible country.
So there is a phrase to be said: Everyone is longing to go to Russia, once they go to there, no one likes to stay there longer. Most of them hope to escape the horrible country immediately.
We have never been had like this bad experience to feel we were like
Criminals without a little bit freedom and live in a very tense city. We will tell you in detailed while we go back Taiwan.

Be careful, particularly when you take Metro, there we were confused by the stop name. The board doesn’t show the stop clearly.
By the way, don’t go to library in ST.Peterburg and the government institutions. 22nd June when we were in ST.Peterburg, both my husband and I wanted to check information for the next schedule, so we went to the library to ask them for using the computer ( there Internet seems not popular, I guess the government of Russia wants to control their people’s thought). Then one event happened to us, step 1 one staff of them asked each of us to fill a form, during the time she asked us some question but it was in vain, because she spoke Russian. Step 2, we were separated to be asked getting into a different small room, another staff also asked us to take a picture and gave each us some questions . Because she couldn’t speak English then she called her coworker to help her. Her coworker is elder woman didn’t understand what was email when I answer I wanted to check my email box. ( I had no gut to answer her I wanted to check information , it is very sensitive words there.)
Totally, we were cross-examined around one hour just we wnated to lend their computer surfing Internet. At that moment, an idea occurred to my mind.It was I have to run away from the country as soon as possible. Originally, we planed to stay Russia for 13 days, after these kind of wired events we stayed there 6 days. While we arrived Berlin on the flight did not only we are very delighted, but also the foreigners are. So when the captain of the flight announced the flight already landed Berlin, everyone clapped.
How cheerful we were to escape from a terrible country-Russia.
