Fruit picking

Dear friends,
I would come to Hokkaido for self drive tour in early April. Does any body know where I could find the self picking of fruit program at the plantation near 小樽, 定山渓,札幌 or 洞爺湖 ? I have checked many web sites that all of them say "close due winter in progress".
