Yup it was very boring for my family.... quite run down and deserted. The noises were from the few tour groups that came and went.
The aquarium was indeed quite dull and small but comparatively it was still more interesting than 时代村 for my kids. There are some marine life that are quite unique. And there's penguin parade 2x a day. Only 6-7 penguins came out to walk though, cute enough.
