雖然捷克跟波蘭都已經是申根國家，但是二者都必須到今年的十二月二十一日才會將邊境檢查撤掉。目前持申根國家簽証還是需要以過境為由才能進入。最多可以呆五天。
自身經驗：我也是持有德國的居留簽證，沒有捷克簽證。當時到捷克去玩的時候，在邊境檢查的時候他問我到捷克的理由，我一定要回答過境，不然他應該不會讓我進入，為此還特別租了一台車晃到奧地利，以達到所謂的「過境」。然而要回德國的時候邊境檢查的人員也完全沒有看我們是否真的有蓋奧地利的入境章。所以網路上曾有人說過只要你膽子夠大，入境時跟他說要過境，事實上就直接回德國也可以。不過我個人是不建議這麼做啦！

波蘭、捷克、匈牙利等國即將加入申根國家集團，有關陸運邊境檢查，將自2007年12月21日起撤除，而空運部分則於2008年3月間開放。
有關過渡時期我國國人進出波蘭之規定經綜合簡述如下：
1. 2007年12月21日前波蘭各駐外館對我國民核發之簽證效力僅及於波蘭。
2. 波蘭自2007年12月21日起對我國民核發之申根簽證，可適用於申根區內其他國家。
3. 波蘭加入申根區後，我國人持其他國家核發之申根簽證者，可進入波蘭，最多連續停留90天，或半年內多次進出，但停留天數合計不超過90天。
4. 國人搭機經由申根區國家轉機進入波蘭者：
（1） 2008年3月前於轉機點（例如倫敦、維也納、法蘭克福、阿姆斯特丹、羅馬等）及波蘭接受證照查驗；
（2） 2008年3月後則於第1個入境點申根區國家機場接受查驗即可。
5. 目前具有波蘭長期簽證之我國人，在波蘭加入申根區之前或之後，欲入境停留其他申根國家，仍須申請短期簽證，且自首先入境國起算，半年內不得停留超過90日。但如僅係以陸運或航空方式經由歐洲申根區機場轉機過境，則可不另申請申根短期或過境簽證。
6. 目前具有波蘭居留證之我國人，於波蘭加入申根區後，可在其他申根國家最多連續停留90天，或自首先入境國起算，半年內之多次進出停留合計不超過90天。
上述原則係波蘭代表處業務組同仁與波蘭外交部洽詢後綜理而得。由於簽證之核發，涉及國家主權之行使，均由各國簽證官執行。而在波蘭加入申根後之過渡期，真正邊境查核工作又落在第一線執法人員上，勢必會有一段適應期與突發案件。上述僅係原則性規定，因國人前來申根區國家理由、身份、目的(如所持證件種類, 效期, 行程規劃、停留期間、造訪目的等)仍可能有所不同，建議當事人行程安排前，再洽核發證件國或擬前往國之外交部、該國駐台或駐他國館處進一步洽詢確認為宜。

1. When will Poland and its office in Taipei start issuing Schengen visas to Taiwanese nationals, and the new requirements?
Poland will start issuing Schengen visas to Taiwanese nationals on 21st of December 2007.
The new requirements will be in accordance with the provisions of the Common Consular Instructions, which are based on the provisions of the Convention Implementing the Schengen Agreement of 14 June 1985.
2. Will the duration and the validity of Polish short-term visas be affected before and during the transition period (between December 21, 2007 and March 2008)?
The (national) Polish short-term visas issued before December 21, 2007 will be still valid but only at the territory of Poland.
The Polish short-term Schengen visas issued in the transition period (between December 21, 2007 and March 2008 and after that) will allow the holders of such visas to entry and stay in all Schengen Member States. There will be no passport control at the internal land borders. The passport control at the airports will remain till March 2008.
3. Can a Taiwanese citizen and holder of Schengen visa or residence permit from the Schengen member states, enter Poland in January 2008 by air?
Yes he/she can enter Poland and stay there for a period of maximum consecutive 90 days or enter and stay many times, provided the total number of days doesn’t exceed 90 days in half year period, counted since the first entry.
4. If a Taiwanese national traveling between Asia and Poland, transit through cities (for example Amsterdam or Vienna) in Europe and fly to / from Poland, where will he/she go through the passport controls, (1) before December 21, 2007, (2) between December 21, 2007 and March 2008, and after March 2008?
- in Amsterdam or Vienna and in Warsaw too before March 2008
- only in Amsterdam or Vienna after coming from Taiwan – after March 2008.
5. What will happen to Taiwanese nationals holding Schengen and / or Polish short-term visas, traveling to and from, or transit through Poland, (1) before December 21, 2007, (2) between December 21, 2007 and March 2008, and after March 2008?
a) Taiwanese holders of Schengen and Polish (national) short-term visas can enter the territory of Poland or transit through Poland in all above mentioned periods.
b) Taiwanese holders of Schengen short-term visas need additionally Polish (national) short-term visas to enter and stay in the territory of Poland before December 21, 2007. For the purpose of transit through the territory of Poland they don’t need any Polish transit visa. The time for transit through Poland can’t exceed the period of 5 days.
c) Taiwanese holders of Polish (national) short-term visas can enter Poland in all above mentioned periods for the time of the validity of such visas.
6. What will happen to Taiwanese nationals holding Polish long-term visas or residence permits, traveling to and from Poland, (1) before December 21, 2007, (2) between December 21, 2007 and March 2008, and after March 2008?
Taiwanese holders of Polish long-term visas, traveling to and from Poland:
a) may enter and stay in the territory of Poland in all above mentioned periods; the passport controls at the land borders will remain till December 21, 2007 and the passport controls at the airports will remain till March 2008. After March 2008 there will be no more passport controls at the internal EU-borders (land + airports);
b) need Schengen short-term visas to enter and stay in the territory of Schengen Member States in all above mentioned periods. The total number of days can’t exceed 90 days in an half year period, counted since the first entry;
c) need Schengen short-term visas to transit through the territory of Schengen Member States before December 21, 2007;

一月一號之後，波蘭的簽証都要送到波蘭處理！！
若順利的話，可以一星期領件。但我媽就因為郵件擔誤了，差點搭不上飛機！
所以建議最好二個星期前就辦理，以免出什麼狀況！

其中有一點是要求詳細的英文行程表，內容需列出每日行程的各個景點
附加說明: 波蘭簽證完整行程表非常detil 到每日要參觀的景點及時間.
厚...他要我的每日行程做啥啊?抽檢嗎??看我是否有去那裡逛嗎???

已經加入申根了, 那你辦波蘭簽就是申根簽, 你挑最好辦的國家就好 ,德法 , 幹麻辦波蘭申根簽!!!!!??????? 每個國家辦簽證要求不同, 中華民國簽證也不好辦!!
