只要有持JR車票就可以去預約搭乘(有料)
並不一定要JR pass才能搭
如果限定要有JR pass才能搭，就變成外國觀光客專用的巴士
(因為只有持觀光簽證的外國人才能買JR pass)
事實上，這個巴士北海道JR日本語官網有介紹，表示它是一般日本人可以使用的
JR Pass中文的說明也有寫，持JR pass搭Twinkle Bus要另外付費
並不是免費的

道東的路線一定要3天前，美瑛那裡的就沒限制，不過有可能沒位子。
