波赫簽證

各位大大：
小的預計在今六月的時候跟朋友去西巴爾幹半島旅遊，目前有幾個簽證問題..加上今年歐盟免籤，很多以前可以用申根進入的國家現在都要簽證了...QQ 版上的神人們就拜託了ORZ
（1)在查詢巴爾幹諸國簽證時發現，赫塞的簽證方面點選台灣的話會出現以下文字：

"A decision passed by the Council of Ministers of BiH grants Taiwanese citizens who hold regular travel documents issued by Taiwan the possibility to be issued a BiH visa, on a separate sheet of paper, for entry and stay on territory of BiH not exceeding 5 days (Visa B). "
所謂的「regular travel document issued by Taiwan 」是什麼東西阿？ 似乎只要拿到這東西就可以免籤進入五天，聽起來是還不錯！ 這東西是指要拿行程去找法院證明即可嗎？
(2) 蒙特內哥羅的簽證， 目前在台灣似乎沒法辦理，之前瀏覽遊記有發現台灣人沒簽證被檔下來的情況（2008），所以現在應該是要簽證的。不知有沒有最近的資料呢？ 目前我跟我朋友是打算在Zagreb申請，但是我們只有2-3天的時間等待，不知道來不來得及...
(3) 馬其頓的簽證，我跟我同學也打算在Zagreb辦理，目前這簽證仍然是當天可以拿到嗎？
感謝各位！！ 我已經寄了為數不少的信去問這些國家的大使館，但是幾乎都沒有回信就是（嘆） 可能真的沒辦法就要用打電話的了...

我也是今年6月中要從zagreb搭車到Dubrovnik,同樣為這個問題十分頭疼,
後來上這個網站
http://embassy.goabroad.com/找到波赫駐外大使館的電話及e-mail,打到駐維也納的回覆是,到克波邊境後,要轉乘shuttle bus,搭這shuttle bus 不須任何VISA,只要您自己的passport就可以,然後到另一克波邊境再換車.
