寢台列車-仙后座/北斗星號購票問題
走了就別後悔
各位大師。
小弟明年1月中去北海道，由上野去扎幌。
但我實在沒辦法自己買到票，也找不到代購。
1.白金秘書：告訴我不賣給海外人仕
2.JR北海道網上訂票要在北海道取票，如要在東京取票要電話預訂。
3.上Google找的旅行社都不單賣寢台票
如果各位大師知道那裡有代購，請密我，謝謝。
可是我今年四月底才在線上按到北斗星的票然後拿著預約單去這裡 (http://w1.alpha-web.ne.jp/~jrhtyo/)取票的說

We were informed that "北斗星(Hokutosei)"號 is operating on 17 Jan 2015.
For the train schedule, there is only 1 service daily. Train will depart at 7:03pm from Ueno and arrive at Sapporo at 11:55am in the next morning.
Normally, tickets can be purchased from 1 month in advance. However, we were informed that they do not accept any overseas customers to purchase tickets via phone & website. The only option is to purchase tickets directly from any JR ticket office after arriving in Japan.
