ウェブチェックインが可能なフライト

現在、シンガポール出発の直行便フライトのみウェブチェックインが可能です。また、ご旅程に乗継ぎ便が含まれている場合は、ウェブチェックインはご利用いただけません。

次の場合にウェブチェックインがご利用いただけます。

機内持込手荷物か受託手荷物のみお持ちのお客様
シンガポール発のスクートのフライト
Flyscoot.com、スクートコールセンター、または外部の旅行ウェブサイト(エクスペディア等)でのご予約
乳幼児をお連れのお客様
妊娠中のお客様
次の場合はウェブチェックインはご利用いただけません。

特別なお手伝いが必要なお客様(例:車いす、追加シート、視覚・聴力障がい者のお客様)
団体旅行代理店でのご予約
複数の乗継ぎを含むご旅程

Skip the queues!

Airport check-in

Scoot's check-in counters open 3hrs before scheduled departure and close 60mins before scheduled departure with no exceptions.

All guests are strongly advised to arrive at the airport at least 120mins before departure so you may complete check-in procedures on time.

Scoot's check-in counters at Singapore Changi Airport are located at Row 11 & 12, Terminal 2.

Kiosks Check-in

Tired of queuing? Ditch the queues with our self-service check-in kiosks!

Kiosk check-in is available from 24hrs to 75mins before flight.

Eligible flights

All flights departing from Singapore except Jeddah-bound flights are eligible for kiosk check-in.

Available for:

Scoot flights departing from Singapore
Individual or group travellers (excluding travel agent bookings)
Guests with only carry-on baggage
Guests with check-in baggage
Bookings made through flyscoot.com, Scoot Call Centre or 3rd party travel websites (e.g. Expedia)
Not available for:

Guests who require special assistance (e.g. wheelchairs, extra seats, musical instruments, pregnant guests, visual or hearing impairments, etc.)
Guests travelling with infants
Unaccompanied young guests
Bookings of 10 or more guests
Journeys with multiple connecting flights
Standby or staff duty travel bookings
Guests who have purchased MaxYourSpace
Guests who are awaiting confirmation of their MaxYourSpace request
Kiosk Check-in: 9 Simple Steps

On the home screen, select “Scoot Tigerair”.

Declare that you are not carrying Dangerous Goods on board.

Select from the following 3 options to retrieve your booking.
Scan your passport;
Scan the barcode on your self-printed boarding pass, or
Enter your Booking Reference (6 letters and numbers).

Once you’ve retrieved your booking, scan your passport by placing the photo page face down on the glass. Make sure your passport is inserted completely.

Check that your flight details are accurate.

Confirm your seat selection.

Use the ‘+’ sign to indicate the number of bags you’d like to check in. For instance, if you have 2 bags, tap the ‘+’ sign twice, and tap ‘-’ to reduce the number of bags you’d like to check in.

Your bag tags will be printed followed by your boarding passes. Check that your name and flight details are accurate.

Once you've tagged your bags, collect your boarding pass and proceed to Bag Drop.

Web Check-in

Long lines… ain’t nobody got time for that! You can now check in online for Scoot flights before arriving at the airport. Web Check-in is available from 48hrs to 3hrs before flight departure.

What's more, with the Scoot-to-Gate service, you can skip the counters and head straight to departure immigration. Find out more below.

Eligible flights

Only flights departing from Singapore are currently eligible for Web Check-in. In addition, you must not have connecting flights in your itinerary (i.e. you have a point-to-point journey).

Individual or group travellers (excluding travel agent bookings)
Guests with only carry-on baggage or check-in baggage
Scoot flights departing from Singapore
Bookings made through flyscoot.com, Scoot Call Centre or 3rd party travel websites (e.g. Expedia)
Guests travelling with infants

Not available for:

Bookings made through group travel agents
Journeys with multiple connecting flights
Standby or staff duty travel bookings
Guests who have purchased MaxYourSpace
Guests who are awaiting confirmation of their MaxYourSpace or Bid 4 Biz requests
