登別第一滝本館官網訂房問題

我有以下問題請教 :
1. 經官網訂房後第一滝本館即時經credit card 收取費用. 根據他們以下的cancellation policy, 若我在check in date 8 日前cancel, 是否無需費用? 他們會把已收取的費用全數退回credit card account? 那麼是否會蝕了銀行手續費和差價?
7 days prior to check-in date: 20% of the total fee will be charged.
3 days prior to check-in date: 50% of the total fee will be charged.
1 day prior to check-in date: 80% of the total fee will be charged.
check-in date: 100% of the total fee will be charged.
2. 若更改訂房日數以致費用與原本已收取的費用有異, 多出 / 少了的費用會怎安排?
