For obtain the tickets:
present this receipt with your passport and the credit card you used at a train station window with an @ sign or use the automatic machines.
If you use the automatic machine you need to insert the barcode (there is a scan that will read it), press a couple of buttons and insert the passport number you used for the booking. Please be aware that this machine is ONLY in russian and maybe you need to ask somebody to help you.
P.S. In bigger stations, like in the Moscow one, there is no window with the @ sign, but there are only automatic machines
我找了一遍rzd.ru 英文網站,沒有退票和改期的資訊,那應該是在俄文版買票流程中某個步驟看到的,用英文翻譯出來的,可再試一遍買票流程,看有沒有提到退票資訊
