我從台灣到冰島 是買新航到歐陸 再延伸至冰島 的機票
我是先到英國玩近一個月 飛冰島玩2個星期 再飛回德國玩 機票才34000元(當時新航飛倫敦是32000元 加2段延伸點2000元) 不過那是1999年的事了 所以.....請再多比較一下

如果你選擇住簡單的旅社或者農場帶著自己的睡袋，價錢會比高級旅店便宜許多，大約是1500-2000(IKR)，若是單人房或者雙人房外加已經安排好的床鋪價前約是4000-6000(IKR)，最好的商務飯店，夏天一個晚上單人房要12,000(IKR)，雙人房要(IKR)，冬天有些則會另有折扣，若是全家人或者3個人以上，這房間的開銷將會比較省。

Last year from 6/27 to 7/4 my friend and I took advantage of the price mistake by the cheapticket.com for a $63 (US) airfare from Baltimore to Reykjavik. We circled around the island on the ring road (hightway 1) in a week.
I did my homework before the trip. After comparing the bus fare, we decide to rent a small car. The bus is pretty expensive (but everything in Iceland is unreally expensive even local people complain about it). For two persons, taking bus is just about the same cost as renting a small car, and the bus schedule is not very frequent. For flexibity, we decided a car rental was the best deal but we had to skip the rugged interior area as that area is only recommended for 4 wheel drive SUV (SUV rental is extremely expensive).
The original plan was to go as far as Jokulsarlon. But I knew it could be changed anytime when we got there. So for another level of flexibility, we brought campping equipment with us.
We actually made to Joksulsarlon in 3 days. With 4 days remaining, we decided to circle the island. The campping equipment turned out really useful. The guide book I used was Lonely Planet.
This is our itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Reykjavic: walking around the city center, picked our car, watched midngith sun. Stay in "Salvation Army Guest House".
Day 2: Golden Circle tour: Pingvellir National Park, Geysir and Gullfoss. This is considered a must for everyone to tour Iceland. We got back to Reykjavic for another night.
Day 3: Drive east en route to Skaftafell National Park, which is neighboring to Vatnajokull, the largest ice field in Europe. afternoon. We passed through several waterfalls and Vic, the southern most town in Iceland. we camped in the national park at night.
Day 4. Hiking on the trail to see .the soaring mountain peak and snow white icy glacier scenery. Weather was good to start with, but turn nasty rainy and windy, which was tough. It took us 6 hours to complete. We then stopped by the famous Joksulsarlon icebergs lagoon to see the luminous floating iceburg. It was very classical Arctic scenery. The night was spent in Hofn.
Day 5. It was a long day drive trhough winding mountain road. The main sight to see was Dettifoss (the largest waterfall in Europe), Krafla and Lake Myvatn. We camped around lake Myvatn.
Day 6. Circled about Lake Myvatn, hiked a few easy trails. Then continue to Akureyri, the 2nd largest city in Iceland. We detour to Laufas to see the old traditional Icelandic farm house. We splurged a nicest meal in days in Akureyri. At night, we campped in the campground in the city center.
Day 7. Drove back to Reykjavik. Checked out a few more attraction far from the city center like Nautholsvik Geothermal Beach. Then set up our tent on the campground right next to Reykjavik City Hostel (they were full that day, so we ended up camping again). Then plunged in the nice warm Laugadalur geothermal pool (public pool with small admission) which is next to our camp ground.
Day 8. Drove back to Airport. Stopped by the famous Blue Lagoon (really surreal, well worth a visit) for a natural spa treatment. Then arrived airport, returned the car and said bye bye to lovely Iceland, the land of ice and fire.
If you are a serious mountain hiker, Iceland has some world class trail in the interior area, but you have to get there either by bus or by 4 wheel drive SUV. Our little car did not allow us that chance.
Language wise, Icelandic is their language, but most people speak English well enough.
Road condition is generally acceptable. The Ring Road (the one circle the island) is mostly paved, but there are intermittent gravel road.
Safety wise, it is not a major conern at all. Crime rate is extremely low there. People are generally very friendly.
Cost is the biggest issue when touring Iceland. Most things cost 50% to 100% more than US. So you can imagine how much higher than Taiwan it will be. Even fish is more expensive considering fishing is this country's major industry. Be prepared to get a shock when you see the price tag. We made up by camping 4 nights and shop in supermarket to cook on our own a few times.
I am sure the airfare from Taiwan to Iceland won't be cheap. In hostel, one British guy told me there was always big discounted fare from UK to Iceland. So maybe you can consider to buy 2 segments separately. But I cannot offer more information about this.
Overal, it is a clean nice little country with large diversity of geology. Midnight sun in summer is very special. If you can afford, I say go for it. It's unique.

從巴黎搭冰島航空飛去 大概10000多台幣吧 約3各多小時 就可到
7/8月是冰島的旺季 天氣粉好 還可以穿短袖 也不太會下雨
終年不融雪的冰原區 另當別論啦 還是需要保暖的衣物
其他時間 就漫冷ㄛ 也常常下雨
我當時多是定點預定YH: Reykjavik/Akureyr/Hofn
Reykjavik是6人房 Akureyr是單人房漫新又乾淨 超感動的 Hofn是8人房吧
參加 local tour 是遊覽冰島最好的方式 許多景點不一定有巴士到
或是有種BSI的長途巴士團 司機會沿路停靠景點 停留個數十分鐘自行遊覽 非常方便
至於要去賞鯨 自行搭巴士即可至出發的港口
有一次在Akureyr 參加一日遊 主要去看瀑布(前兩天在Reykjavik BSI車站預定的)
當天到巴士站時 司機都不太確定我得撘哪部車 後來才知道原因
原來我預定到一各 綜合團 半路要跳到另一部車 繼續接另一各團
難怪 早上那位導遊老先生 看到我的團名 直說要粉有體力喔
一開始 是跟著部大遊覽車 中午就被派到一輛小巴 最扯的是 下午 我又被派到另一部小巴回Akureyr
每一段巴士 都有數各景點可以走 所以一天整下來 至少去了6個漫大的風景區
有的是本來就要去的 但不知名的點 才是各驚喜 往往司機只說 幾點集合 就鳥獸散...
早上八點出發 12各小時後才回到Akureyr 難怪老先生說體力要不錯 呵呵
粉精采的一天 常常司機停在荒涼的地方 往上走個5分鐘 才發現一各綠色超美的湖
遇到粉多歐洲人 光在冰島就混了3-4星期 使用環島套票
1-2個禮拜 或想參加團就不建議
兩各禮拜在那根本不夠玩 西北邊的峽灣區跟南邊火山島還排不上呢
不過也夠豐富了 唯一的遺憾是
沒看到 Puffin 海鸚 超可愛像卡通鳥ㄛ
本來可在北極圈的Grimsey島上看到 當時已經8月下旬 Puffin已經又遷到南邊啦
在Grimsey遇到的英國/澳洲人 後來聽說有在南邊的島上看到幾隻 :'(

雖然說價錢貴了一點，但解說員都很棒，值得！
我們的住宿都是以YH為主
冰島的YH其實都很乾淨，設備也很好

Puffin 真的很可愛~~.....
我在蘇格蘭 看過好幾次...滿山滿谷的puffin~
有時後, 可以接近到 幾乎摸的到的距離~~
不過, 為了保育這些動物~...只可遠觀 不可褻玩焉~... 這樣對她們是比較好的:-D

其他時間 就漫冷喔 也常常下雨
我當時多是定點預定YH: Reykjavik/Akureyr/Hofn
Reykjavik是6人房 Akureyr是單人房漫新又乾淨 超感動的 Hofn是8人房吧
參加 local tour 是遊覽冰島最好的方式 許多景點不一定有巴士到
或是有種BSI的長途巴士團 司機會沿路停靠景點 停留個數十分鐘自行遊覽 非常方便
至於要去賞鯨 自行搭巴士即可至出發的港口
有一次在Akureyr 參加一日遊 主要去看瀑布(前兩天在Reykjavik BSI車站預定的)
當天到巴士站時 司機都不太確定我得撘哪部車 後來才知道原因
原來我預定到一各 綜合團 半路要跳到另一部車 繼續接另一各團
難怪 早上那位導遊老先生 看到我的團名 直說要粉有體力喔
一開始 是跟著部大遊覽車 中午就被派到一輛小巴 最扯的是 下午 我又被派到另一部小巴回Akureyr
每一段巴士 都有數各景點可以走 所以一天整下來 至少去了6個漫大的風景區
有的是本來就要去的 但不知名的點 才是各驚喜 往往司機只說 幾點集合 就鳥獸散...
早上八點出發 12各小時後才回到Akureyr 難怪老先生說體力要不錯 呵呵
粉精采的一天 常常司機停在荒涼的地方 往上走個5分鐘 才發現一各綠色超美的湖
遇到粉多歐洲人 光在冰島就混了3-4星期 使用環島套票
1-2個禮拜 或想參加團就不建議
兩各禮拜在那根本不夠玩 西北邊的峽灣區跟南邊火山島還排不上呢
不過也夠豐富了 唯一的遺憾是
沒看到 Puffin 海鸚 超可愛像卡通鳥喔
本來可在北極圈的Grimsey島上看到 當時已經8月下旬 Puffin已經又遷到南邊啦
在Grimsey遇到的英國/澳洲人 後來聽說有在南邊的島上看到幾隻 :'(
冰島是各超自然的地方
美美的瀑布&多到不行的彩虹 :-D
處處是風景區 也不會有電線杆妨礙視線 更沒有售票口掃興
也可以認識不少熱心的旅者
有機會一定要在 殺去那看Puffin 目前只看到標本跟超可愛的明信片

Puffin 真的很可愛~~.....
我在蘇格蘭 看過好幾次...滿山滿谷的puffin~
有時後, 可以接近到 幾乎摸的到的距離~~
不過, 為了保育這些動物~...只可遠觀 不可褻玩焉~... 這樣對她們是比較好的:-D
