PAYMENT AND METHOD:
You will pay at the receptionist upon checking out. Most of the hotels in Tazawako accepts only CASH in Japanese yen. As is often the case in Japan, many international credit cards have difficulties in processing. Because the access to international ATMs is limited in the local area, we strongly recommend you to have cash ready before you arrive in Tazawako. Otherwise, please check your payment method in advance.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Due to the business size of hotels and our high demands on accommodations, we must strictly enforce our cancellation and no-show policy. If you do not show up without notifying us, we regard it as ''a cancellation on the scheduled day'' (see below), and we reserve the right to charge you with a fee equal to the agreed rate. (As in 100%)
Cancellation Charges:
2-3 days prior to the scheduled arrival : 20% of total charge
One day prior to the scheduled arrival: 30% of total charge
Cancellation on the scheduled day: 100% of total charge.
CHANGE OF CONDITION
A change on the date can be arranged only if available. You are required to notify us at least 3 days prior to the previously scheduled check-in date.
DELAYED ARRIVAL
Because of the relatively small business size of hotels in Tazawako, we must enforce you with our cancellation policy to prevent the no-show. If you are expecting a delay on your expected arrival time, you must notify us or the hotel in person; otherwise, your reservation status could be jeopardized or regarded as cancelled.
CONFIRMATION SLIP
You are required to pick up your reservation slip at our counter. We are located in JR Tazawako Station. Our business hour is 8:30 a.m.- 17:30p.m. We can also provide you with tourist information materials such as maps and train and bus schedule.

我覺得應該是觀光中心和鶴之湯都有溝通上的問題(或著英文溝通上可能也有問題)！
我這個月打電話去訂房時，有房間就是有房間，沒房他也會說滿房；所以觀光中心如果訂房時，一定當下就可以知道有無房間；照理說鶴之湯應該不會亂取消客人的訂房才對。
一定有什麼溝通上的原因之類的....

就mail上看，原訂房是未更動的
而樓主最後問有無空房，雖回覆無空房但不代表你是沒有房間的（只要原訂房仍在）
