I would say in Granada than visit Toledo from Granada, instead of going from Madrid, much quicker, and much cheaper.

9/30-10/3 Barcelona
10/4-10/5 Granada
10/6-10/9 Madrid(其中有一天會去Segovia)
10/9-10/10 Madrid-UK-HK-TWN
9月中還算是旅遊旺季
所以現在開始找機票與飯店可能就有點趕囉

Well, when I was in Madrid, I visited Segovia. Than I went to Seville, and from Seville, I visited Ronda, Cordoba and Toledo. Than I went to Granada, and from there I visited Sierra Nevada.
Personally, I think Madrid is just like any large city, no need to stay for too long. I would rather stay in the southern part of Spain longer, specially Granada, its a very nice and cheap place !
you should be OK with trains, but I would arrange the hostels/hotels, just to be safe.
