我曾在04年辦過波海三國的簽證，首先是將護照寄去立陶宛駐日本大使館辦理，之後在立國辦理拉國簽證，在拉國辦愛國簽證，總之，真的是非常非常難辦，詳細情形可以參閱我在Mook線上探險在簽證方面所提到的部份(http://travel.mook.com.tw/adventure/repare4.htm)，

各位旅客,我現在就住在拉脫維亞,我是到北京辦簽證的,在這裡我有拿工作簽證的!聖誕節我有三天假而己，可以給我個建議，要去哪個國家玩比較好！

就可以很快辦下來了

我第一次問要多久
他們說10天
後來問我是哪個國家的護照
我說台灣
最後我禮拜一送件
禮拜三就拿到了
有任何問題也可以請台北駐拉脫維亞里加辦事處的人幫忙
他們都很熱心幫忙

如果途中想順道前往愛沙尼亞
請問有人知道在俄羅斯辦愛沙尼亞簽證大概要多久
我查過~愛國網頁寫:從收到文件起算30日內
30日內~我都回台灣在努力工作了
很心酸......Orz
所以想請問有人有類似經驗可以分享嗎

市面上有旅行社推出東歐十國的行程『德、奧、捷、匈、斯洛伐克、波蘭、俄、波羅的海三小國』，
我看了上面的留言，發現愛沙尼亞和立陶宛簽證好像不好申請，
不知道有沒有大大曾經自已成功走遍這些國家，
當然簽證順利解決，能夠分享一下經驗！ :-)

我在外交部沒看到拉脫維亞有辦事處在台灣喔(還是我漏掉了)
題外話,斯洛維尼亞我剛好最進有問簽證問題(問大陸跟日本的使館)
大陸使館說: 需要請台彎在北京的辦事處提出申請, 才可以
但是..兩岸又不承認,哪來辦事處駐北京呢?
我想指的是台商辦事處之類的民間機構吧

and authorised by the person, named notary public
-in the letter of proxy you write that you entitle the particular person
(name, passport number, etc.) in Japan to submit your visa application
and passport to the Embassy
-as you live in Taiwan, you should ask the notary public to authorise
your letter of proxy in Taiwan
I am also very happy to inform you that the relationship between
Lithuania and Taiwan is very friendly, strong and genuine. Therefore the
regulations for visa has been lightweighted, so in case you plan to stay
in Lithuania less than 30 days, you do not need an authorised invitation.
看一看以後覺得....好像還是要準備很多,倒是真的不用邀請函
但是最後一點說明我有點困擾
我該要求誰幫我正式化我的授權書給我朋友呢???

The required documents are as follows:
. Passport (containing at least two blank pages and with a term of
validity that exceeds by at least three months the expiry date of the visa
requested) and copies of all the pages of the passport that contain
information on the holder and the visas already issued;
. Completed and signed visa application form* ;
. Photograph (35mm x 45mm, with a WHITE background);
. Documents which confirm that the visa applicant has an invitation to
visit Latvia which has been approved by the Office of Citizenship and
Migration Affairs at the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Latvia no
later than three months prior to the application date. If that is very
difficult for you to get one, an exception can be made, but in that case
you
should have strong documents proving your financial situation and you do
need a hostel/hotel/guest house booking;
. A valid travel health insurance policy guaranteeing the coverage of
costs associated with health care in Latvia, as well as those associated
with repatriation to the visitor's country of permanent residence or in
cases of serious illness or death (the minimum coverage for these
categories
together is 30 000 euros);
. ID card (the original should be provided and a copy submitted);
. Flight reservation;
Visa fee (350 RMB).
We do not accept visa applications via mails, so either you use a travel
agent in Beijing to apply for you or you come in person to the Embassy in
Beijing.
