其實冰島會去主要景點 : Blue Lagoon, Golden Circle, South Coast and Jorkusalon Glacier, Lake Myvatn & Husavik, 仍有一天,所以想緊應否 去 Westmann Island, or Greenland 1-day tour (Kulusuk)....

Could anyone tell me whether I can buy a South Circle Passport leaving Reykjavik at 17:00 and arriving Vik late in the evening? What passport is better? Can I buy it at Reykjavik hostel/guesthouse by credit card? Thanks.

You can visit this website, there is lots informations of bus pass (winter/ summer/ Full-Circle Passport). I remember that is about 1 to 1.5 hrs from Reykjavik to vik. There is a timetable as well ( click the "Schedules" button ). Just have a look.

The passport is for the people who want to travel around the iceland or some specific area in iceland
If you just want to go to Vik, there is no nessasary to buy the passport. Just buy the ticket from Reykjavik to Vik.

And you could buy your ticket or passport at the BSI in Reykjavik.

Actually we want to buy a bus passport leaving Capital for Vik late in the afternoon. (As shown it should be ok from 17:00 to 20:00 by bus 12b.) We also plan to stay at Skaftafell for another 2 nights with 1 day to Jokulsarlon. On the fourth day we return to Capital via Landmannalaugar. Can we buy the passport at hostel/guesthouse?

I don't know. You should ask the guesthouse/ hotel. I bought it in the bus station. By the way, if you have international student card, you can get 10% off.

You could try the Reykjavik Downtown Hostel or City Hostel
But, if you take the flybus from Kaflavik airport to Reykjavik, you will arrive BSI (main bus station) first. I recommand you to buy all your tickets or passport here.
Is there any reason that you insist on buying the tickets from the Hostel / Guesthouse?? If not, why don't you try the BSI?
