請教關於德州EZ TAG的問題~~

親愛的各位大大,前兩天我們從德州AUSTIN開車到HOUSTON玩,車子是租來的,內有GPS系統,所以基本上都還算是非常順暢,不過在其中一處出口轉出去時才發現原來只有EZ TAG ONLY EXIT,我們車上並沒有EZ TAG,但因為已經下去了,根本無法回頭,請教一下該如何解決呢??或是有其他可行的方式??TKS...

I live in Houston and here is my suggestion:
Houston’s EZ Tag is $1.25 USD for each toll road section. I suggest you just send a personal check with the amount of $1.25 USD equivalent to the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) with your explanation, date time, location and you car’s license number.
You could show the copy of your check payment to the rental car company if the car company really does bill you.
This way you are not only getting a peace of your mind and also show them you are a quality citizen from Taiwan.

其實理論上沒那麼緊張，應該是會先收到Notice of Toll Violation，這時候到https://eztagstore.com/這裡付一下款，如果遲遲不付，才會有Fine罰款。不過我猜測，你這個方法應該是可以，我當年沒等到Notice，後來也就忘記這件事了，加州高速公路大部分都不用付錢，所以當時沒注意就開過去了。。
