Taiwan Dong Pu Ti Lun Hotel

I come from Singapore and very disappointerd with the service of Ti Lun Hotel, located at Dong Pu, Nan Tou.

Well, the hotel is pleasant but not the staff there. :-(

I know the hotel may have regulation but we need flexibility in terms of customer service. This is what had happened:

Together with my family members, we soaked ourselves in the hotel open space hot spring located at 2F. After an hour of fun, We decided to use the facilities at 5F as well. When we reached there, a lady staff refused to let us use new towels. We were kind of stunned but we respected what she said. Next, when my wife carried a drinking water near to the pool, this lady staff promptly forbid her to bring it to the hot spring. This is totally different comparing to the regulation at 2F. Don't tell me the hotel has 2 managements?

When I was about to leave the place at 10pm, the lady staff gave me problem again! She disallowed me to bring the dry towel out from the premises. But I need to dry my body?! At the meantime, I realised a lot of Taiwanese behind me carry the towel and go. Why I have to be treated differently???

I found myself very offended and lodged a complaint to their duty manager. But she claimed that she is not aware of such regulations.

I was very dissappointed and affected my mood for the rest of the holidays. :-(

I am sorry to hear your story, maybe there was some misunderstanding! I havn't stayed in Ti Lun before, but I believe if you complain to the managers, they should solve your problem. Don't be disappointed to the quality of Taiwan's hotels, there are still many other good hotels here!

Thanks for your message. Your words bring me a nice weekend. Hope the hotel will improve on the service quality. Happy Yuan Hsiao Festival!

Hotels always attact great importance to service quality now in Taiwan. You can complain to the manager on the spot when you feel uncomfortable. You usually can get an answer of contentment. Sometimes you can get Taiwna's fruit from the manager. Althought my English is poor. But I still want to tell you Taiwanese is friendly and hospital.
