青年旅館, 這裡想請教 HI-USA 系統 http://www.hiayh.org/
這裡是請問 Dorm 的部份.
1. 行李箱就只能擺在床前, 或者是床上囉 ? 應該還安全吧 ? 雖然只有衣服之類的.
2. 他們好像有提供櫃子嘛 ? 但沒有提供鎖頭, 所以要自備鎖頭囉 ?
3. 上網訂時會有另外二個 fees, "deposit and book fee"
這裡的 deposit 是不會退的嘛 ? (一般的觀念, deposit(保證金) 都是會退的.)
book fee 可能就是類似 "手續費" 之類的吧 ?
意思就是他們會先收 "deposit and book fee", 類似 "押金" 吧 ~
4. 沒看錯的話, "24 小時之前" cancel 的話, 是沒有任何 charge 的 ?
5. 洗澡的話重要物品大家都怎麼處理呢 ? (一個人自助)
6. 假設當天 check out 的話(一般為 11am), 以大家的經驗, 行李還是可以暫時寄放在那裡嗎 ? （假設寄放到下午 3-4pm)

It should be fine.
You can put them in any location near you. It doesn't matter. When you are going to sleep, move them under your bed.

It depends....it is better to bring your own key chain.

I never pay attention to this. You may have to send e-mail
or call them about those details. Basically, I remember
that I never paid any of them. You may have to leave
credit card number for reservation, but you can cancel it
easily.

in a storage room or just in public place.
If you consider about stealing issue, you may have to

It should be fine.
You can put them in any location near you. It doesn't matter. When you are going to sleep, move them under your bed.

They will charge you "Booking fee + deposit" after you make the reservation, even you cancel it.

For item#3,

沒公主命就別犯公主病
#1, 2: 一般都擺在床邊, 有的在床下有大格子,
也有小櫃子可以放東西, 鎖頭要自備,
看過他們的鎖頭, $4 一個, 好像還蠻耐用的, 也可以考慮!
#4 : 24 小時前 calcel 不收任何費用.
#5 : 鎖櫃子或用塑膠帶包一包帶進去吧!
#6 : 一般可以寄放, 有的不用錢有的要錢, 要錢的也蠻便宜的.

也有小櫃子可以放東西, 鎖頭要自備,
看過他們的鎖頭, $4 一個, 好像還蠻耐用的, 也可以考慮!

鐵打的心也會生銹
我在www.hostelworld.com訂了Hotel 17雙人房間
現在想取消改訂三人房
當初訂了時候有付Cancellation Protection(訂金可以退還)
但是進入取消程序時，畫面卻顯示"我會失去訂金"
有寄信問客服了，但是都沒回應
有人有遇過同樣的問題嗎?
另外還有一個問題
www.hostelworld.com上面的房價比飯店網站所公佈的房價便宜
會不會到了當地飯店，會要我們比照飯店所公佈的房價價格付費呢?
