是不是錯誤資訊 我覺得你要先解釋 renting 是不是算possessing! 不是美國公民或是永久居民是不能 own 槍械 但是不代表不能到靶場去打靶 因為你去靶場 rent 一只槍 在靶場工作人員的管治與監視下在現場打 打完立刻就歸還 並不代表你 own or possess 這一只槍 槍的所有人還是靶場! 你到靶場去打靶 不是拿了槍就可以亂搞 許多靶場都會一有些規矩也都會先解釋這些規矩 租槍的時候也都要簽一份同意書 要求你遵守規定! 要不要跟觀光客打交道我覺得這完全看 靶場的意願 如果他們覺得風險高自然會拒絕!

的確是聯邦規定
非移民簽證的持有者，基本上必須擁有打獵執照或是參加官方打靶訓練/比賽才能持有槍枝
所以Las Vegas的靶場沒有遵守規定 (除非它同時賣你打獵執照，但通常要受過打獵訓練才能買執照)
