在國外申請南美洲簽證

我剛辦好阿根廷簽證。
我也在美國留學，原則上只能在各地所屬的領事館辦。
雖然要準備的東西大同小異，申請程序和表格每個領事館不太一致，最好先聯絡一下。
我是在洛杉磯辦的，可以先寄影本去審，但是要親自到現場繳錢和領證。
前後不含寄送，八個工作天後通知審理通過。
我覺得不太難辦，沒什麼刁難就發了，只是從北加州去現場拿很煩，小抱怨。
我拿到的是30天的多次簽，簽證官說發出日3個月內有效。
洛杉磯領事館寄給我的申請須知如下：

Taiwanese citizens are required a tourist visa to enter Argentina as tourist; you can download the visa application from our website www.consuladoargentino-losangeles.org
You can apply by mail and send the following requirements
Tourist Visa Requirements
- Valid passport.
- Proof of legal status in the United States.
- Proof of economic resources, bank statements for the last 3 months.
- Letter of verification of employment.
- Hotel reservation, guaranteed by credit card or paid in advance
- Round trip ticket and travel itinerary issued by a travel agency.
- 1 color passport picture.
It takes arround 5 days for the visa to be approved, when the visa is approved you have to come in person to get the visa and bring your passport, 3 more pictures and $100.00 dls. visa fees
For further information contact our Visa Department at 323-954-9155, Ext 503, Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
真的很想到南美洲一遊 不過最近看到很多南美洲對我們很不友善的消息真的很擔心耶
請問一下如果人在美國的話可以到當地去申請簽證嗎?
我目前在美國留學 不知道如果在這邊申請會不會比較簡單拿到呢?
有人有經驗嗎? 謝謝!!
