I am leaving TW in the end of Feb to USA and will finally turn to Latin America for 10 months trip there. I am wondering which bank is most popular in Latin America that is easy to access. Is there any recommend? How about City or American? Please advise.

well ... in US Bank America more popular
in 中南美 that's all same. u only can see few cities bank in some countries, but they dont have any directly link releationship with Cities Bank US.

You better get two credit card, one Citibank and the second, any taiwanese card, and at least two saving account with PLUS or similar international card service, it should be sufficient.

I have been traveling around Ocho Rios in Jamica for a while in 2006 and I only bring my Bank of America Debit Card and it is very useful!! I can ever use it as a credit card( of cause you must keep enough money in your accound). Hope to your some help!!
