先從Buenos Aires開始吧，我把它分成"Buenos Aires市" 及 "Gran Buenos Aires大布宜諾區"。

La Boca - 歐洲水手們最早登陸布宜諾斯愛麗斯的地方，它的歷史意義我想跟臺灣的安平，鹿港及萬華有類似的地位吧?
阿 根 廷 是個歐洲後裔組成的國家，他們的祖先大部分由西班牙，義大利，法國及德國移民來此。當年他們飄洋過海來到南美洲這塊彭巴草原時， 就 是 在 La Boca這個港口上岸，因此La Boca有濃厚的航海氣息(雖然La Boca是個河港，因為Buenos Aires不靠海)。
La Boca的特色有四:
1. 七彩的鐵皮屋: 因為當初水手及新移民們在港口附近蓋鐵皮屋，而使用船上的油漆來漆牆壁，往往一種顏色用完了，還有很多部分沒漆完，再拿別的顏色來漆，那個顏色又用完 了......，到最後就變成七彩鐵皮屋了。
現在La Boca的鐵皮屋倒不是缺乏相同顏色的油漆，但是七彩不同顏色的鐵皮屋已經成為它的風格。
2. Tango: Tango是起源於阿根廷的音樂及舞蹈，在La Boca舊港區隨時可以聽到Tango的音樂，週末假日時更有許多街頭藝人在行人徒步區跳Tango賺取小費。
3. Conventillos(大雜院)：早期的歐洲移民抵達布宜諾斯愛麗斯後，往往是多戶住在一起彼此照應，一間間的鐵皮屋裏住滿了許許多多新移民，隨著時間的消逝，新移民們漸漸進入狀況，對這塊新天底有較深入的瞭解，因此離開大雜院到別的地方發展。
二 次大戰後已經少有大規模的歐洲移民來阿根廷，而這些昔日的大雜院慢慢的成為貧民及秘魯 / 玻利維亞人群居的地方，變成了治安的死角和犯罪的溫 床。 一 些 住在布宜諾斯愛麗斯的老鳥們都知道La Boca舊港區的那幾條街可以去，那幾條街不能落單，那幾條街千萬不能去，因為身上值錢的 東西 一 定被搶光，甚至還會被綁架。
4. Boca(波卡)足球隊球場：Boca跟River是阿根廷最強的兩個足球隊。

San Telmo古董街位於Defensa街，介於Av. Independencia大道及Av. San Juan大道之間，最熱鬧的地方是Plaza Dorrego。
一般說來，建議週日或是週六去。
這裡的特色是有許多賣古董東西的攤販/商店，以及街頭藝人的表演。

El Ateneo Grand Splendid是世界上最出名的書店之一，她被英國報紙"The Guardian"選為目前世界上第二美麗的書店。
位於布宜諾斯愛麗斯的Recoleta區，Av. Santa Fé大道1860號，離Callao半條街。
這個書局原本是一個1919年蓋的劇院，2000年2月開始整修成書店。

國家級古蹟的Galerías Pacífico購物中心: *****
多年來，Leandro Cheng對於來Buenos Aires旅遊的朋友們，一直強烈推薦兩個景點:
1. 世界第二美麗的書店 El Ateneo。
2. 百年木頭車廂的A線地下鐵。
A線地下鐵木頭車廂消失後，我一直在想，什麼地方兼具歷史價值? 有特色，並且好好的保存呢?
2014年12月26日，終於又有一個強力推薦的景點了: Galerías Pacífico購物中心。
全世界各種各樣的商場很多，有現代化的，有非常豪華的，甚至復古的，但是能夠把國家級歷史古蹟好好保存，並轉型成現代化商場的，我想全世界相同的例子應該不多。
常常可以聽到一些台灣的老房子，老建築，屋主當得知政府有意規劃成古蹟以後，馬上連夜請人拆除，因為拆掉後蓋房子才能賺更多的錢，這讓我感觸很深:
1. 政府沒有好好的重視文化古蹟，沒有照顧到屋主的立場。
2. 屋主為了個人利益，而消滅古蹟。
3. 一般老百姓不重視老房子及古蹟的保養。
而Galerías Pacífico商場，及El Ateneo書店則是兩個非常成功的古蹟復活範例。
以下是"維基百科"對Galerías Pacífico的說明:
太平洋拱廊（Galerías Pacífico）是阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯的一個購物中心，位於佛羅里達街與科爾多瓦大道的交叉路口。
該建築由建築師 Emilio Agrelo 和 Roland Le Vacher設計於1889年。當時開設「阿根廷的樂蓬馬歇」商店，模仿巴黎的樂蓬馬歇百貨公司。
1896年，一部分建築改為國家美術館。1908年，英資布宜諾斯艾利斯太平洋鐵路公司得到一部分建築作為辦公之用。該公司經營從布宜諾斯艾利斯到智利太平洋港口瓦爾帕萊索的鐵路。從此該建築稱為「太平洋大廈」。
1945年，建築師何塞·阿斯蘭和Héctor Ezcurra改建該建築，將辦公室與建築物的其餘部分隔開，興建一個大型的中央穹頂，裝飾有12幅重要的壁畫。
娜歐米·克萊因在《震蕩定律：災難資本主義的興起》中介紹了這座建築如何被從1976年至1983年統治阿根廷的軍政府用來作為酷刑中心。
1989年，它被列為國家歷史古迹。
在 荒廢多年後，該建築在1991年重新開放，名為太平洋拱廊（Galerías Pacífico）。 穹頂上又增加了四幅壁畫。目前開設許多高檔商店，例如Polo Ralph Lauren, Christian Lacroix, Christian Dior, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss。除了開設商場外，這座建築內還設有博爾赫斯文化中心和胡里奧·波卡舞蹈工作室。

幾點貼心建議:
1. 鍛鍊好你的脖子，多多往上看，它的亮點在於天花板。
2. 可以拍照，但是請儘量避免拍攝到商店，公共部分拍照OK，但是一些商家不希望被拍攝到他們的櫥窗及裝潢。
3. 建議黃昏時刻去參觀，因為那個時候沒有日照，天氣好的時候天空帶點藍色很漂亮，不論從購物中心裡向玻璃材質的天花板觀賞，或是從室外在對街觀賞外部建築，金碧輝煌的黃色燈光 + 藍色的天空會是絕配。
4. 購物中心旁邊就是Centro Cultural Borges，有很多文化 / 繪畫及攝影展覽。
5. 購物中心裡非常的安全，但是到購物中心外面拍攝建築外觀時，請注意安全。
交通:
1. 走路，在市中心，位於出名的人行徒步街Florida上。
2. 地下鐵C線，在Plaza San Martín站下車後走兩條街。地下鐵B線，在Florida站下車後走4條街
安全:
位於人行徒步街Florida上，安全沒問題，人多的地方注意扒手。

阿根廷最古老的咖啡廳 Café Tortoni: ****
Café Tortoni除了是阿根廷現存最古老的咖啡廳以外，也是最具有阿根廷文化代表性的咖啡廳。
從1858年建立以來，對於文化及藝術的推廣一直非常的用心，長久以來都是一些文化學者 / 詩人 / 作家 / 音樂家及藝術家聚集的地方。

多年來，Leandro Cheng對於來Buenos Aires旅遊的朋友們，一直強烈推薦兩個景點:
1. 世界第二美麗的書店 El Ateneo。
2. 百年木頭車廂的A線地下鐵。
A線地下鐵木頭車廂消失後，我一直在想，什麼地方兼具歷史價值? 有特色，並且好好的保存呢?
2014年12月26日，終於又有一個強力推薦的景點了: Galerías Pacífico購物中心。
全世界各種各樣的商場很多，有現代化的，有非常豪華的，甚至復古的，但是能夠把國家級歷史古蹟好好保存，並轉型成現代化商場的，我想全世界相同的例子應該不多。
常常可以聽到一些台灣的老房子，老建築，屋主當得知政府有意規劃成古蹟以後，馬上連夜請人拆除，因為拆掉後蓋房子才能賺更多的錢，這讓我感觸很深:
1. 政府沒有好好的重視文化古蹟，沒有照顧到屋主的立場。
2. 屋主為了個人利益，而消滅古蹟。
3. 一般老百姓不重視老房子及古蹟的保養。
而Galerías Pacífico商場，及El Ateneo書店則是兩個非常成功的古蹟復活範例。
以下是"維基百科"對Galerías Pacífico的說明:
太平洋拱廊（Galerías Pacífico）是阿根廷布宜諾斯艾利斯的一個購物中心，位於佛羅里達街與科爾多瓦大道的交叉路口。
該建築由建築師 Emilio Agrelo 和 Roland Le Vacher設計於1889年。當時開設「阿根廷的樂蓬馬歇」商店，模仿巴黎的樂蓬馬歇百貨公司。
1896年，一部分建築改為國家美術館。1908年，英資布宜諾斯艾利斯太平洋鐵路公司得到一部分建築作為辦公之用。該公司經營從布宜諾斯艾利斯到智利太平洋港口瓦爾帕萊索的鐵路。從此該建築稱為「太平洋大廈」。
1945年，建築師何塞·阿斯蘭和Héctor Ezcurra改建該建築，將辦公室與建築物的其餘部分隔開，興建一個大型的中央穹頂，裝飾有12幅重要的壁畫。
娜歐米·克萊因在《震蕩定律：災難資本主義的興起》中介紹了這座建築如何被從1976年至1983年統治阿根廷的軍政府用來作為酷刑中心。
1989年，它被列為國家歷史古迹。
在 荒廢多年後，該建築在1991年重新開放，名為太平洋拱廊（Galerías Pacífico）。 穹頂上又增加了四幅壁畫。目前開設許多高檔商店，例如Polo Ralph Lauren, Christian Lacroix, Christian Dior, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss。除了開設商場外，這座建築內還設有博爾赫斯文化中心和胡里奧·波卡舞蹈工作室。

幾點貼心建議:
1. 鍛鍊好你的脖子，多多往上看，它的亮點在於天花板。
2. 可以拍照，但是請儘量避免拍攝到商店，公共部分拍照OK，但是一些商家不希望被拍攝到他們的櫥窗及裝潢。
3. 建議黃昏時刻去參觀，因為那個時候沒有日照，天氣好的時候天空帶點藍色很漂亮，不論從購物中心裡向玻璃材質的天花板觀賞，或是從室外在對街觀賞外部建築，金碧輝煌的黃色燈光 + 藍色的天空會是絕配。
4. 購物中心旁邊就是Centro Cultural Borges，有很多文化 / 繪畫及攝影展覽。
5. 購物中心裡非常的安全，但是到購物中心外面拍攝建築外觀時，請注意安全。
交通:
1. 走路，在市中心，位於出名的人行徒步街Florida上。
2. 地下鐵C線，在Plaza San Martín站下車後走兩條街。地下鐵B線，在Florida站下車後走4條街
安全:
位於人行徒步街Florida上，安全沒問題，人多的地方注意扒手。

這間1785年成立的書店，到目前為止，已經有兩百多年的歷史，2011年被阿根廷政府宣布為國家級古蹟。
它的位置就在五月廣場旁邊不遠的Adolfo Alsina及Bolivar街的轉角，1785年成立時，原本的店名是"La Botica"，除了賣書以外，也還賣一些其它的東西，例如衣服 / 食品 / 藥品及酒等。
之後後來轉手換老闆，由於位於Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires(布宜諾斯愛麗斯國立中學)的對面，所以改名為"Librería del Colegio" (中學書局)，這個時候，已經成為純粹的書店及文學沙龍。
1989年阿根廷經濟危機時因為經營困難而關店，1993年由Miguel Ángel Ávila買下書店，1994 重新開幕，並改名為La librería de Ávila。
2002年被Buenos Aires宣布為市級古蹟，2011年為國家級古蹟。

Recoleta是Buenos Aires最出名的墳墓，在那邊安息的大都是一些大官 / 將軍及望族，"阿根廷不要為我哭泣"裡的Evita貝隆夫人就葬在那裡。

Recoleta廣場在週末有嘻皮攤，廣場旁邊有很多露天咖啡廳及餐廳。

五月廣場也是一切抗議活動的最熱門地點，有激烈的抗議活動時，建議不要去。

Buenos Aires的地下鐵A線於1913年12月1日通車，我們想想看，100年前的台灣是什麼樣子呢？
1930年到1944年，B線 / C線 / D線及E線陸續通車，Buenos Aires在當時是一個地下鐵非常進步的都市。
阿根廷很幸運，沒有受到世界大戰的波及，因為戰爭期間糧食的輸出，成為當時的經濟強國之一。但是很可惜的，社會主義的抬頭，鎖國政策，政客的愚民政策造成人民好吃懶做......，從二次大戰後，阿根廷一直保持停頓，由第一世界國家慢慢成為第三世界國家。
先從A線的車廂開始，這些木頭的車廂都已經是爺爺級的了，許多門都還是要自己手工去開啟及關閉。

安全：
1. 要小心扒手及搶匪，尤其是地鐵剛要啟動時避免站在門旁，許多搶匪利用那個時間搶手機 / 高級手錶 / 相機及筆電。
2. 拍照的話，儘量避免上下班尖峰時刻，週末是最合適的時間。

只要華人多的地方，就會有賣東方食品的商店，甚至數量越來越多而形成中國城 / 唐人街。

中國城在Arribeños及Mendoza交叉口附近方圓一兩條街。
1986 年 Leandro 移民阿根廷時，Buenos Aires只有一兩間華人雜貨店販賣東方食品，位置就在"中華會館"(台灣政府出資興建，後來因故改 名 成"台灣會 館")旁的Arribeños街上。當時台灣移民約3-4萬人，大陸移民大約只有兩三千人，大部分是上海及北京來的知識份子。
隨著1989年及2001年的經濟危機，許多台灣移民選擇回到台灣或是再次移民到其它國家，這段時間，除了一貫道的道親外，很少有台灣新移民來阿根廷，所以在阿根廷的台灣移民大概只剩下六七千人。
而大陸移民則因為中國及阿根廷的雙方友好經濟互惠等因素，最近這幾年來激增至十幾萬人，大部分是福建的新移民(10年甚至是5年以內)，一來一往，台灣移民成了少數民數。
2008 / 2009年中國政府出資興建牌樓及紀念碑，Buenos Aires的中國城名稱正式成立。

中國城位於Mitre線火車Tigre支線(Retiro - Tigre)的Belgrano C車站旁，離Retiro車站兩站的距離，前一站是Lisandro De La Torre，下一站是Núñez。

行駛的車廂是寬軌的Toshiba電車，電源在地上鐵軌旁。

交通:
1. 火車: Mitre線Tigre支線，在Belgrano站下車(由Retiro出發的話，是第二個停靠站)。
2. 公車: 非常多，只要有到Estación Belgrano C的都可以。
3. 計程車。
4. 地下鐵: 搭乘D線，在Juramento站下車，下車後沿著Juramento路往Belgrano車站走7條街。
安全:：
Belgrano是好區，安全沒問題，但是人多的地方注意扒手。

Feria Matadero在Buenos Aires市的位置，已經是接近出城了。

只有週末有市集。
Feria Matadero市集的特色有：
1. 很多街頭的民族舞蹈 / 土風舞。
2. 有傳統烤肉及傳統食品的販賣(Locro, Tamara等...)。
3. 許多手工藝品的攤販。
交通:不怎麼方便，離市中心有一段路。
1. 公車。
2. 計程車。
安全:
白天沒問題，儘量不要到較偏的小巷，避免晚上去。
Buenos Aires市市長Mauricio Macri，於2012年12月底宣布從2013年一月起，A線地鐵將暫停營運15天到90天，用來更換那些"老舊的的木頭車廂"，因此A線地下鐵的"百年木頭車廂"正式走入歷史。
