33.-35. three- day salt lake tour and the last day leave for San Pedro

Your intineray is quite similar to mine. It should be OK.
There should be buses from Arica to Lima.
BUT somehow I feel that your schedule is a bit tight.
Please leave some extra days for the delay....what kind of delay or postpone you may not be able to expect.
