how can i make myself to stay in Peru as longer as i can?

決定明年9月底要在回秘魯..這次希望能夠在南美待上1-2年!!(當然最希望可以在那定居下來:-)).所以想請教一下,1.有人知道秘魯的學生簽證要如何辦嘛(i think i will take spanish course first when i get there)?是一定要在台灣先辦好還是可到秘魯後在去申請即可(我想我會到那後才會開始找語言班)?2. 是否有人知道一些當地的租屋情報(one bed room flat,studio apartment or sharing),像是一些website 可提供相關資訊?3. 在那裡可以做怎樣的工作呢? is it easy to get part-time or full-time job over there?my profession is related to Art and Fashion Design and now i m trying to get the licence which is about " Mandarin teaching", would it be helpful or?actually i am also searching for volunteer job at the same time, so does anyone know about any job website or any organization would offer this sort of info. in peru or in south america?

anyway, that would be so wonderful and greatful if there is just a little info. can sort out one of those questions which i have been stuck on that since then!!
