Perth share house

Hi, I live in a 2 story house with my husband and our 7 years old daughter. We also have a dog which is a miniature Schnauzer. Our house is 5 kilometers from Perth city centre. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from my place. The train station is 10 minutes away. There are supermarkets, doctors, chemists,bakery, newsagancy, McDonalds, cafe's, and restaurants all within walking distance. We have one room with double bed available for renting. It has its own private bathroom ensuite next to the bedroom for you to use only. You will find study desk, TV, DVD, Clothes wardrobe, storage space in the room. We also provide wireless internet to the tenant free of charge. The kitchen is spacious and available for your use at any time. We think that it will be a very convenient place for you to base yourself in Perth. I am from Taiwan myself and my husband is an Australian.
