關於Perth住宿(Cheviot lodge)
我們可不可以不憂傷
之前爬文看到大家說Cheviot lodge在搬家
又有人說目前已經搬完了
而我在27 Aug,2008會抵達Perth
前幾天寫了信過去想詢問住宿的事情
他們八月底要搬家耶
所以九月初無法接受預訂住宿
提供這個資訊給大家
如果原本預定九月初到達Perth並且想住在Cheviot lodge的棧友
看來得找其他住宿點
:(

以下是他今天回信的內容
Hello
Thank you very much for the email.
Unfortunately we are thinking about moving our backpackers at the end of August.
So that we can not make any booking after Sep.
If you are still interested ,Please ask us again at the middle of August if we are still has got any room available at that time or not.

看你對住宿的品質要求如何吧
cheviot lodge之所以受歡迎,除了價格,以前是75/w
另外就是 老闆娘是華人,會講中文,比較好溝通,對台灣人會好點
很多台灣人入住後會互相推薦,另外則是很多人第一次到perth
會想說,能有自己人照料會好點,所以造就很多台灣人住在
cheviot lodge的情形,因為剛到澳洲時實在是很孤單,這裡也是
不錯的選擇啦
住宿品質,我只能說,什麼樣的價格就是什麼樣的品質...
我第一次的印像,跟當兵的宿舍有得拚...@@
當下好想轉頭就走...雖然習慣就還好
我也沒有住很久...第一次的衝擊現在還印像深刻
剛到澳洲,除非真的很想要有很多台灣人罩,或者窮到脫褲濫
不然我還是推薦住別家好了
但也因為住過這裡,所以之後的backpack hostel

的hostel(如圖片),跟停屍間差不多
而且整間八張床只有我一個人.. >< 超大單人房呀

剛跟Cheviot lodge定了十月初的住宿，如果確定要跟他們訂房的話，
要記得準備下面的資料，好減少MAIL往來的時間。
最主要是：
1.房間的型態(通鋪、單一床墊、雙人房.......)，當然價錢也不同
2.預定住宿的時間
3.如要免費機場接送的話，他是要求住一週以上；沒有的話可以另加AU$20:\'(
4.信用卡號，所以請各位背包們準備好你的信用卡喔XD

Super dormitory (3-5 single beds) $20/day or $120/week

Double room (1 queen bed) $50/day or $300/week
(All rooms use common shower/toilet)
Facilities:
Free breakfast every morning 8am – 9:30am
Free internet
Free parking spaces
Free(9:00-23:00) pickup (only if you stay for a week)
24hr check-in (delays may apply)
Onsite laundry room (coin operated)
Close to city and Northbridge (7 min walk)
Close to train station (2 min walk)
Close to free bus zone (1 min walk)
