Short term rental - Perth

I have a fully furnished room available from 28th of Sep, 2009. at Swan View. The room is in a 2 bedroom unit which located in a secured complex (shared parking spots), furnished with a double bed (include linens), chest of draws, small wardrobe, portable air conditioner and heater; full access to kitchen and laundry facilities. $120 per week plus power bill (telephone and internet are optional).

It's a nice and cosy room but you won't be paying much since I am looking for the right person: I would prefer a non-smoking QUITE person.
