在約翰尼斯堡機場被移民局官員恐嚇及索賄!!!
萬人追不如一人捧
就是今天早上發生的,實在是太扯!
當下我也沒有辦法反擊或幹麻的 (但朋友說當場其實可以叫他長官踹共)
只是那時候想離開都來不及了,沒心思也沒膽跟移民局官員吵架,
於是事後寫了客訴信到南非外交部,南非移民局,台灣駐南非辦事處以及南非反貪腐中心等地申訴,
不知道會不會有效果,但至少表達我受到的待遇,希望可以得到一個交代.
以下就是事件經過 (抱歉是用英文打的,畢竟要跟當地人客訴~~希望大家忍耐及見諒)
a BRIBERY and THREATENED incident by an Johannesburg Airport Immigration officer
Hello,
I am a tourist to travel South Africa.
However,today something happened to me in Johannesburg Airport Immigration is really impolite and rude.
I can not imagine a World Cup host country could treat your guest like this.
It was on Dec.8 around 5:00 in the morning.I took the British Airway flight from Dar to JNB.
First of all the immigration officer was really impatience to ask for the yellow fever injection provement.
After I gave him the yellow fever injection provement,he just told me it's ok to leave.
However he didn't stamp on my passport,so I went back asking him to stamp on my passport.
Then he took really really rude and impolite attitude to me and said:
"You think I don't know my job?"
"If the stamp on the passport,I will beat you."
Yeah
"I WILL BEAT YOU"
That's definitely what he said to me.
In fact,not only he didn't know his job about but also even threatened his "guest".
I felt so much fear when he said so to me.I just can do nothing but keep silent trying not to irritating him.
No matter how hard he searched my passport,there is no stamp on my passport.
He didn't feel any shame on himself and even said "Give me something".
It's absolutely asking for bribe.
What I can do is keeping calm,getting my passport and the new stamp back,leaving the immigration as fast as I can.
I really felt shame on South Africa Immigration office in Johannesburg Airport today.
Immigartion officer should be the face of a country.They give the torists first impresstion of the country.
They don't have to be really really friendly like a a servant.
However how can he ask for bribe and even treathen the guest???
I was very happy to leave for South Africa because I think it's the most well developed country in Africa.
But what happend to me today makes me really really disappointed and chaged my impression forever.
A rainbow country should never let such kind of a black sheep ruin its fame.
So I dicide to write this complain letter to you and hope you can do something about it.
The officer number is 566.
