若要從開羅南下到路克索或亞斯文，可以買從Giza出發的票，但從開羅拉美西斯車站上車，這樣可以省個幾塊埃磅。因為Giza站在開羅市南方，但這中間不會有人查票。
若車站窗口說沒有車位，可以試著塞幾塊埃磅小費給他。
搭夜車如果有服務人員拿飲料給你，或問你餐點想要吃什麼，千萬跟他說不要，因為東西都是要收費的，但他不會事先告知你。火車上的東西又貴又難吃。

相較起來，越南火車上的東西好吃多了。

在LP上有提到外國人可以坐的火車班次(Cairo to Aswan)大概是晚上就兩班而已
而埃及人坐的似乎就很多班次了
怕到那邊就買不到票了現在是打算請比我們先去的人幫忙買
另外的想法是坐埃及人坐的班次 (底下anyway中的Wen就是搭到埃及人坐的班次)
票應該就買的到吧 (沒考慮要先上車後補票)

有人坐過全是埃及人的班次嗎?
應該不至於被擋吧

預計12月前往埃及，因為是旺季

我用一個比較沒聽過的方法(因為目前沒聽人用過)
因為我有VISA白金卡, 而VISA白金卡有一個服務叫白金秘書的,
我是請他們幫我代訂的, 昨天他有回我消息了, 他們說sleeptrains要用
E-mail 定位, 他們已經用他們的名義(VISA)寫E-mail 去了
不過目前還沒回信, 若我有收到消息的話, 我會繼續告訴大家這個是服務如何的.
PS. 我定的是2005年12月8日開羅到亞斯文的單程臥鋪車票2張
(他們有告訴我付款方式是到現場開票在付, 我如果這次使用這個方式
訂票成功的話, 我絕對要向大家推薦這個方式, 另外我也要提一下, 到
目前我還未付到任何的款項)

據我所知是沒有預先訂票，每次我去都是請我埃及的朋友幫我買。不然就是先在開羅呆二天，買了票再往南部去玩。

不過有人如有更新的資訊，請告知！
