我來說一下我訂火車票的情形，不過我訂的是由德里到瓦那納西
E-ticket V.S I-ticKet
諀諀都是需要輸入信用卡號 但因為I-ticKet 需要有印度的收信地址所以輸入之後一下子就會被授予PNR ，幾乎隔天銀行就通知我信用卡有此筆消費
至於E-ticket 當我全部輸入完成之後，電腦會出現一串數字及跟你說需要驗證你的信用卡，我等了兩天之後，收到這樣的回覆
你問我為何一樣的信用卡，卻會又不同的結果.....真的不知 ^o)
Dear Customer,
We regret that the booking of your ticket could not be processed at this time as the transaction with ref. No. 0013176619 was not authorised by your bankers. The details of this transaction will be available on the 'Failed Payments' page in your account with www.irctc.co.in. The failure may also be due to some sort of inadequacies in your card / bank account.
You may kindly retry the booking from the link on the 'Failed Payments' page or try using another valid card / account.
However, before proceeding further, we suggest that you kindly check from your 'Booked tickets' history if transaction has already been booked by you.

伸手怕犯錯縮手怕錯過
如果你訂票的時間是在二小時之內，相同車次，相同出發時間的話，或許是你的發卡銀行拒絕給第二次的授權唷～（不論是否是e-ticket or not)
信上的也是請你和你的發卡銀行確認是不是因為有”重覆請款”所以才被拒絕發給授權碼的（第二次）。還有就是請你去查”歷史記錄”，如果，這張票已經購買成功就會被放在印度國鐵的歷史記錄中。

似乎已經跟這個討論串一開始時不太一樣了
我看到的前五個選項是(1~5是我自己按照由上到下的順序編號的)
Payment by Credit Cards :
1.ICICI Bank Payment gateway
---For all MASTER / VISA Cards /HDFC Debit Cards.Transaction Charges 1.8%
2.CITI Bank Payment Gateway
---For credit cards issued by Citibank India only (including Diners). Transaction Charges 1.8%
3. American Express Bank Gateway
---For all credit cards issued by American Express.Transaction Charges 1.8%
Payment by Credit Cards EMI Option :
4. CITI Bank EMI gateway
---Pay in 3 installments with your Citibank/Diners Club Credit Cards.Transaction charges 2.8%.
5.ICICI Bank EMI gateway
---Pay in 3 installments with your ICICI Bank Credit Cards. Transaction charges 2.9%
我都是選第1個或第3個付款,目前看來都會成功
而由問風的問題來看,我猜你選了第2個選項--但是這個選項已經註明要印度花旗銀行所發的卡才可以使用,
你試試看選第一個選項吧!所有銀行的卡都可以用的

Kindly note that you can book ticket through any credit card all over the world but it should verified by VISA or MASTER CARD.也就是說只要是有效的卡片，都可以拿來支付囉！

請問為何在irctc購票,只有3家銀行的信用卡可選(保誠信ICCI, 花旗CITI,美國運通) 可是我只有富邦master卡, 總覺的我那裡選錯, 故來此請教,
還有請問,side upper 和 upper有何不同, 到底是指靠牆,靠窗,靠走到,
我個人想要能靠窗,安靜的位子
並且我只有一個人, 所以訂票系統就不讓我設訂我要的床位,而且強制變成Auto upgrad, 這就就表示我有可能會變成下鋪,即始上面顯示avliable-12

但是現在臨時要取消其中一個位子
當時訂的時候是以一個人的名子訂的
所以網路上取消就一次取消了4個位子

提供一個經驗,我之前用永豐的master卡一直不成功,後來換成visa才成功,在操作過程中,visa有出現要驗證的過程,master則沒有,或許這是原因吧,不過之前11月的失敗沒有被扣款,上個月的失敗卻被扣款,也就是出現在帳單上,目前寫mail去詢問看怎麼解決重複扣款的問題
