你提供的兩個檔中

也就是標題為"Examination Referral Letter"
我覺得這是一封"體檢推薦信"
因為我看不到下下面的其他細節
所以只能大概用猜的
可能是建議你能倒哪些地方做體檢
ps. 線上申請e-WHM的體檢表應該是160EH表吧?!
2.如果對當初線上申請表中所提供的任何資料有所異動
我想應該就是寫信到這個email吧

信中說明你的資料異動情形就好
不過我覺得你誤填的影響應該不會很大
如果很擔心的話
就寄封email去說明一下
或者透過 https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry/query/query.do?action=evisa
下方有一個contact the Department
點一下進入下一個網頁
會出現一個對話方塊
把你的問題填入
留下你的email
在按submit鑑即可囉

其中有一項是填寫在那邊唸語言學校是否超過四週
我填了no
後來才發現那個牽涉到健檢的項目
但我基本上是想去念個10周語言學校再去打工
那我要怎麼更改資料呢??〈我還沒去做健檢〉
還是我就直接做X光就好
直接去那邊唸10周語言學校，也沒關係??〈本人覺得這樣做似乎會有問題〉
還有假使線上申請簽證我填寫的健檢醫院是高醫
我是直接去那邊健檢就好
還是須跟他們約好時間呢??
還有健檢費用大約是多少呢??

但在查詢儲存網頁後 才發現我的生日日期輸入錯誤了>"<
這該怎麼更改呢???

如果要改申請資料，你必須直接跟澳洲移民局聯繫...
板上翻個文章，你可以找到 E mail 的資料...
至於體檢的部份，是可能有問題沒錯啦...
不過語言學校跟移民局的"資料連線"並沒有做的非常好... (我不太方便講很明白，自己想想囉)
體檢最好先預約時間吧！最少不會去了排隊排半天...

附上我的簽證影本，mail到[email protected] ，他就把一切之後的進度都作回覆。效率真的很快。
我總共寄了三次信，三次都是不同人，都是都隔天就回覆了，所以速度很快。
現在只等待他將資料修正完畢，我就可以去體檢囉^___^

If applicants are unable to provide the requested information by electronic

高醫可以直接去.不用約.記得帶護照去.還有如果護照上的照片有戴眼鏡.那你也必須戴眼鏡去高醫
體檢費用1000元
