持有美簽B1 或 B2 可以直接飛往哥斯達黎加落地簽證.
或者行申請---現行有效美簽。

若持有美加歐日韓的有效簽證，可以免哥簽。
否則台灣人就要辦哥簽。
這是2009年5月就開始的規定。
(當時是有美加歐簽即免簽，2011年的時候加入了有日韓簽證也免簽)
不過美加歐日韓這五國，台灣護照都是免簽。
所以辦美簽是一個選擇，因為美國B簽和VWP免簽在入境美國上有一些差異。

若持有美加歐日韓的有效簽證，可以免哥簽。

請問今年(2014)有棧友成功由尼國陸路海關進入哥國的嗎?
如果能到當地在辦，需要準備什麼文件? (不確定前幾頁講的是否仍正確)
ps 1. 目前個人持有的簽證只有墨西哥簽證，美簽也是辦ESTA電子簽證而已
2. 機票證明我只能拿出去程，回程因南美不知道會停多久會拿不出來....

我看到台灣及哥國的網站以及這邊的留言是說 tourist visa, a visa for crew or a business visa ，以及申根國家「紙本簽證」但是沒有提到學生簽證，因此想確認是否能使用留學生簽證至哥國旅遊。另外因為台灣並沒有在哥國設辦事處，請問這類問題我應該要向台灣外交部詢問，還是向台灣駐巴拿馬或尼加拉瓜大使館詢問比較好呢？

有板友免簽進入尼加拉瓜後，在尼加拉瓜順利辦到美簽，就可以進入哥國。
當然，不保證你的美簽也能成功。每個案例都不同。

有板友免簽進入尼加拉瓜後，在尼加拉瓜順利辦到美簽，就可以進入哥國。
當然，不保證你的美簽也能成功。每個案例都不同。

如果你的學生簽證是在護照上有紙本學生簽證的，那就符合資格。
如果護照上沒有簽證，而是一張另外的學生許可證，護照上是空白的，那麼就不能免簽進入哥國。

如果你的學生簽證是在護照上有紙本學生簽證的，那就符合資格。
如果護照上沒有簽證，而是一張另外的學生許可證，護照上是空白的，那麼就不能免簽進入哥國。

申請人應至少提前一星期與哥斯大黎加領事處預約面試時間，預約方式僅為電話預約010-65324157 分機807。預約時申請人應提供護照號碼、姓名（與護照一致）、出生日期和在中國的聯繫電話。面試須本人親自前往哥斯大黎加駐北京領事處。不接受郵件預約。簽證手續必須嚴格遵循本人親自到場辦理原則，不得將護照轉交他人代為辦理。
敬請大家認真仔細地閱讀辦理簽證所需的要求和手續，如您未按照要求遞交了不完整的簽證申請材料，我們將無法進行您的簽證審批手續，這樣的話簽證申請將被拒簽。
所有類型的簽證都需要以下材料：

往返或聯程機票預訂單。（注意：申請人不需要購買機票，因為此時簽證申請尚未批准）。
經濟證明：申請人銀行帳戶對帳單（最近3個月或以上）、車證、房產證，和其他能夠證明申請人有足夠經濟能力在哥斯大黎加停留以及有足夠理由需要返回原籍國的經濟證明。如果這些檔為非西班牙語，應附西班牙語譯文並對此證明直接進行公證和認證。（詳細說明請點擊 有關經濟支付能力的證明）。
8. 如果是以旅遊觀光為目的的旅遊簽證，須提交一些能夠證明其旅遊目的的檔：酒店預定、交通、旅遊團預定、行程以及相關的說明。如果申請人將在某個家庭房屋住宿，應提交由房主或者房屋承租人簽名的邀請信。
9. 如果是以商務為目的的旅遊簽證，須準備以下材料：
1)由中國國際貿易促進委員會（CCPIT）國際聯絡部出具的支持函，或其他能夠證明該公司真實存在以及其進行商務活動的證明。2）哥斯大黎加方面出具的正式邀請函原件並附詳細日程安排表，須由邀請方簽字並加蓋公章。此邀請函中應明確指出申請人的姓名、護照號碼、出生日期、工作單位、職務、邀請原因等詳細資訊。3）申請人所屬公司出具的派遣函原件，應詳細說明申請人個人資訊，在職及工資情況，具體赴哥事由以及費用由誰承擔等詳細資訊，包括簽字和公章。
10．申請人本人親自遞交申請材料並進行簡短的面試。
對於在旅行目的及經濟能力方面存在的某些疑問，領事可要求申請人提供更多的補充材料。根據相關條例，領事可在30個工作日內對申請做出最終的結果。
請注意：在預約時間之前請務必記住，一旦獲得簽證申請者必須在60天內入境哥斯大黎加。如果簽證申請被拒絕，申請者應考慮現行的有關頒發哥斯大黎加入境簽證規定中的第17條：
“第17條：根據第59條和第222條法律規定，對於反對拒簽結果的，不設普通和特別申訴，並且自拒簽日起6個月後申請者才可提交新的申請”
領事處對拒簽情況有詳細記錄，為避免發生更加複雜的情況，敬請遵守相關規定。
注意：如果申請人在移民局已有家庭團聚類簽證申請的檔案，那麼簽證將作為家庭團聚類型進行辦理，而不是旅遊類簽證。

Letter from the employing company (original document), stating the reason of the trip and who will be responsible of its payment
