can u give me some suggestion regarding Istanbul??

I am living in dubai now, and I am planning to go to Istanbul with my friend on the 2july and back to Dubai on 6July in the early morning.

i will only stay there for 4 days, that's whay i would like to know where should i go and what should i see in order to fulfil the whole trip!!!! Please give me some suggestion!!! By the way, we will be staying in hyatt Regency in Istanbul~~

Actually i know nothing about Turkey, that's why i dont know where should we go. Since we will stay in Hyatt Regency for 3 nights, I think the staff can give us some suggestion. But one quick question, is there any budget hotel near Hyatt?? Since we can only get 3 complimentary nights in Hyatt, we need to pay the 4th night, it costs around 700AED in employee rate. it's so expensive so we would like to find some budget hotel for 1 night only. Is it possible for us to look for the hotel once we arrive Istanbul??

Urgent~~~~
Since I am holding the Mcau passport, I dont need a visa to Turkey. But for my fd, she is holding the china paaport, when she went to the Turkish consulate in Dubai, they refused to give her the visa without any reason even she provide all the sponsored document- employment document from Hyatt, room reservation and etc. After my fd waited for 2 hrs, they said they wouldnt give her visa, any my fd ask them why, they said they didnt need to give her reason. What should we do to have the visa???? We only have less than 1 week time. PLZ HELP!!!
