我星期天才從埃及回來,就是爆炸案發生後兩天出發...
其實在台灣會很擔心..但是到當地就不會想那麼多啦~~
不過也還好~一路上忙著拍照完全忘記曾經發生過危險事件~
人也平安的回來了,不過希望不要再發生了!!

英國倫敦地鐵的爆炸案，不是7月8日三起爆炸、7月21日又爆炸嗎？
但爆炸跟需不需要取消旅行實在無關！
我去年環遊世界其間，在捷克布拉格、土耳其伊斯坦堡都碰到爆炸案，但...當地人其實也頗習慣！觀光客還是很多...隔天只會感覺到，路上的警察變多了而已！一點也不會影響安全及遊興！
上個月8日的倫敦地鐵、公車爆炸案，隔天的9日我的2個學生就參加倫敦遊學團去英國，玩得可快樂的咧！3週後的7月底也回台灣啦！他們說，感覺不出有爆炸或肅殺的氣息...

剛剛在 BBC 上看到這條新聞，嚇我一跳。香港的旅客在由胡加達開往路克索的路上發生車禍，死了 14 人。
那條路我也走過，只是反方向。那時還覺得我們的司機很小心，開的很慢，然後其他的車子不耐煩就一直超車，最後變成我們是整個車隊的最後一輛，就在押隊的警車之前....

Fourteen tourists from Hong Kong were killed and 30 others wounded in a bus crash in southern Egypt, the official Mena news agency said.
The tourists were travelling from the Red Sea resort of Hurghada to the southern Nile city of Luxor when their bus overturned on the motorway.
The wounded, including one Egyptian, were taken to hospitals in Hurghada.
Egypt has one the highest traffic accident rates in the world, with around 6,000 fatalities each year.
Many drivers ignore road safety regulations and roads are often poorly maintained.
Earlier this month, six Australians were killed and 24 wounded when their bus overturned in wet conditions on the main Cairo-Alexandria highway.

今天早上剛起床，照例上網時看到紐約時報的頭條，完全被嚇醒：埃及載滿 1400 人的渡輪（由沙烏地阿拉伯的 Dubah 開往埃及的 Safaga）在紅海因海相不佳而沈沒，約只生還 314 人。雖然鮮少背包客利用這條路線，但是還是覺得很怵目驚心。

Egyptian Ferry Carrying 1,400 Sinks in Red Sea

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Feb. 3 — An Egyptian ferry carrying more than 1,400 people, most of them Egyptian laborers returning from Saudi Arabia, sank early today in rough seas about 40 miles off the coast of Egypt, and by late evening only 314 survivors had been rescued.
Egyptian officials said most of the survivors had escaped on lifeboats, with a few plucked from the choppy Red Sea waters. But hope began to fade for hundreds of others, as bodies continued to be recovered in a huge search and rescue effort by Egyptian coast guard vessels, assisted by Saudi coast guard vessels along the busy route between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The 35-year-old ship runs a regular route between Dubah, Saudi Arabia, and Safagah, Egypt, and was carrying Egyptians returning home for vacation. Among the passengers, an Egyptian security official said, were 100 Saudis, one Canadian and at least 20 children.
The United States Navy provided one P-3 Orion patrol plane to help in the search operations, but offers to divert warships operating in the area, including the British HMS Bulwark, were turned down, said Cmdr. Jeff Breslau, spokesman for the American Fifth Fleet, based in Bahrain.
The ferryboat, al-Salam Boccaccio 98, flying a Panamanian flag, sank sometime between midnight and 2 a.m. in the waters off the coast of Egypt. The ship last sailed the route on Jan. 24, according to Al Balaga Group for Trade, a shipping agent based in Jidda, Saudi Arabia.
It was not immediately clear why the ship went down, but officials said high winds and a sandstorm on the Saudi side of the Red Sea may have played a big role. The Salam Boccaccio left Dubah at about 7 p.m. on Thursday evening, destined for Safaga, about 120 miles across the Red Sea, and would normally have arrived at 3 a.m. It did not issue a distress signal, but the Egyptian state news agency said that another ferry crossing the same route in the opposite direction heard a distress signal from the captain of the ferry saying his ship was in danger of sinking.
Officials said the Salam Boccaccio dropped off radar screens sometime around 2 a.m.
"The ship complied with all necessary safety measures," the Egyptian transport minister, Mohammed Lutfy Mansour, told the Middle East News Agency of Egypt. "The reasons remain unknown" for the sinking. A ship owned by the same company, collided with a cargo ship at the southern entrance to the Suez Canal in October, The Associated Press reported today, causing a stampede of passengers that left two dead and 40 injured.
"There aren't expected to be many survivors, because it's been so long since the ship went down," a senior police officer told Reuters.
President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt called for an immediate investigation, his spokesman, Suleiman Awad, said on Egyptian television.
"The speed at which the ship sank and the fact that there were not enough life rafts on board confirm that there was a problem," he said.
An official from the ferry's owner, al-Salam Maritime Transport, told Reuters that weather had been very poor overnight on the Saudi side of the Red Sea, with heavy winds and rain. But visibility should have been good out at sea, he added.
