[古巴系列-01] 令人又愛又恨的古巴人 (Los cubanos)

2011年6月19日，兩個背包，一個小型托運行李，Leandro跟老婆從Buenos Aires出發到古巴自助旅行。

古巴對阿根廷人來說，是個頗為熟悉的度假地點，每年都有大量的阿根廷人跟團到Varadero, Cayo Coco, Cayo Guillermo的All Inclusive旅館，享受加勒比海的陽光 / 沙灘及椰子樹。

但是Varadero, Cayo Coco等度假勝地，對Leandro來說並不是真正的古巴，而是一個給外國人看的假象(直到一年前，一般的古巴人不能進入旅館)，所以決定當背包客去探險一下，深入住宅區與當地人閒聊 / 拍照，來看看什麼是真正的古巴。

問了幾位身邊去過古巴的朋友，沒有人是自助旅行的，全部都是跟團到Varadero, Cayo Coco, Cayo Guillermo及Habana。4月份到旅行社買機票時發現，我竟然是該旅行社第一個單買古巴機票的客人，看來這次的旅行真的是個"探險"了。

買機票，醫療 / 旅遊保險，簽證，訂民宿(這次住了6間不同的民宿)，訂Varadero的旅館(要體貼一下老婆)，安排行程，安排交通........，這次的古巴行跟旅行團大不同，也不同於Leandro多年來習慣的開車旅行。

一些攝影俱樂部的朋友們，也期待著我這次"破冰之旅"的結果，因為許多人都想到古巴拍照，希望我的模式能夠比旅行團更適合。

抵達古巴後，發現古巴人對我充滿了好奇: 為什麼一個東方人能夠說流利的西班牙語?

在古巴的東方人本來就很少，而這些東方人可以分成四個種類:
1. 住亞洲，到古巴自助旅行的背包客，這些人大都能夠通英文，幾乎完全不會說西文。
2. 移民到加拿大 / 美國的亞洲移民，跟團到古巴，這些人大都精通英文，幾乎完全不會說西語。
3. 到古巴工作的亞洲技師 / 工程師等，以中國籍及日本籍居多，通英文，能夠說簡單的西文。
4. 住在當地的東方人，數量少的可憐。

而一對通西班牙語的東方夫妻出現在古巴，自然引起大家相當的好奇，以下是每天都會重複數次的對話:

古巴人(英文或西語): 您從那裡來的?
Leandro(西語): 您好，我來自阿根廷。

古巴人(西文及非常驚訝的表情): 怎麼可能，您是東方人，根本不像是阿根廷人。
Leandro(西文): 可是我真的住在阿根廷。

古巴人(西語): 這樣子喔，那麼您們原本是那個國家的呢?
Leandro(西語): 您猜猜看。

古巴人(西語): 中國? 日本? 韓國? 越南? 寮國? 泰國? 新加坡? 菲律賓?.............(就是很少人猜倒是台灣)。
Leandro(西語): 台灣啦，Isla Formosa。

古巴人(西語): 那您們目前是住在阿根廷?
Leandro(西語): 是的，已經25年了。

古巴人(西語): 難怪您會說西班牙文，我們非常喜歡Messi跟Maradona。
Leandro(西語): 但是我更喜歡Carlos Teves。

古巴人(西語，驚訝的表情): 為什麼?
.....................................................。

這16天的旅行，我遇到太多太多友善 / 熱情 / 親切的古巴人:
Habana Vieja: 跟大家聊天，多次被邀請到家裡面; 在一間小學，被老師挽著手參觀校舍，並介紹其它的老師讓我認識; 在Plaza Vieja，跟幫我預約6間民宿的Melves女士一起喝咖啡，聊了快三小時....。

Viñales: 黃昏時刻，徒步在峽谷裡拍照，與大家打招呼 / 聊天，被邀請到家裡喝芒果汁; 從市區沿路吃著Pizza，喝著甘蔗汁 / 芒果汁及Mamey牛奶，咖啡，類似甜甜圈的東西........邊吃邊喝邊與攤販聊天再回民宿，; 在民宿，喝著主人自己種的咖啡，與主人閒聊....。

Matanzas: 在市區一間Bar的騎樓躲雨，被一名古巴婦人邀請坐下來一起喝生啤酒; 在河邊，與孩童及居民們打成一片; 到住家與一位老婦人聊天; 非常親切的民宿主人，很合胃口的餐點，民宿女主人Isel跟我是同年同月同日出生....。

Trinidad: 住宅區熱情的民眾，要請我喝Rom, 吃水果，當他們看到相機LCD裡自己的影像時，那種興奮的表情; 民宿主人Raminita的熱情親吻擁抱及豐盛的餐點; Valle Ingenio裡純真的孩童; 從Ancón回民宿的公車上，幾位熱心討論，幫我們找出最佳下車地點的婆婆媽媽們...。

Cienfuegos: 住宅區裡熱情的人們，邀請我與他們一起享用魚排三明治，請我們到家裡坐; 熱情的孩童; 跟民宿女主人聊了許多關於政治 / 歷史 / 經濟話題及熱心的女婿....。

Verado: 非常有品味，令人好奇的單身民宿女主人。

這些都讓我留下非常美好的回憶。

但是，也遇到許多令人厭惡的古巴人：

* 許多人把觀光客當做肥羊，這讓我很懷念秘魯。

* Viazul巴士Habana車站: 服務態度非常差勁的工作人員。

* 態度非常現實的古董車車主，變臉比翻書還快。

* Viazul巴士Cienfuego車站故意坑遊客錢的行李托運工。

* Viazul巴士Cienfuego車站態度惡劣的廁所掌門人。

* 不少想敲您竹槓的雪茄販及計程車司機，幾條街的車程，計程車司機開價要收我$5 CUC，後來殺到$2.50 CUC。

* 用欺騙方式做生意的咖啡廳，倒包裝果汁騙我是新鮮果汁，抗議無效; 商店裡標價$10古巴幣的三明治，店員要賣我$1 CUC (當然最後我只付$10古巴幣); 在餐廳吃飯，故意少找錢給我，後來"提醒"服務生後，才不甘願的找回差額。

* 在Cienfuegos拍攝古董車時，遇到幾個半威脅要強迫我付錢的痞子，後來我真的去找警察。

* 政府帶頭坑觀光客，許多地方古巴人支付古巴幣，而我們必需支付CUC (相差25倍); 在Trinidad搭公車，也是要支付25倍的價格。

* 共產主義下的公務員，非常冷漠的態度。

* 與昂貴消費不成正比，非常差勁的旅遊品質。

* 太多黑國家錢的員工: 旅遊巴士故意不開票，要多次爭取後才給; 博物館及煙草工廠故意不開收據; 公車司機把我給的$2 CUC車資給黑了.......。

這些細節都讓古巴的美好抹上了一層陰影。

回到阿根廷後，我建議朋友們如果要去古巴，建議跟團到Varadero / Habana，然後利用兩三天的時間，租車到Trinidad / Cienfuego旅遊，這樣能夠花更少的錢，更好的旅遊品質，並且也能夠適度的瞭解真正的古巴。

補充說明:
1. 古巴一國兩幣，CUC(約與美金同值)及Peso cubana，$1 CUC = $24 - 25 peso cubano，大部分的情況下，外國人只能以CUC消費。
2. 幾乎所有的古巴人都是政府的員工，平均薪資大約介於US$ 15 - 30。
3. 有執照的民宿，每個月每間房間要繳給國家$ 200 CUC的稅金(以前甚至要繳到$ 370 CUC)，不管您有沒有租出去。
4. 一般百姓不能擁有網路，遊客要使用網路，只能到大型旅館或是電信局，每30分鐘的費用介於$3 -6 CUC，我用了一次，連一封E Mail都打不開。
5. 外國遊客不能搭乘一般古巴人搭的Astro長途巴士，只能搭乘用CUC付費的Viazul。

[古巴系列-02] 殖民地風格濃厚的Trinidad及Valle Los Ingenios

運氣很好，Leandro Cheng來到Trinidad那天，剛好遇到Trinidad這五十多年來，第一次耶穌與聖母的相見歡。

1959年革命後，古巴從資本主義變成共產主義，如同許多共產國家一樣，在宗教及民間信仰方面有著諸多的限制，例如耶穌不能離開他的教堂，甚至連到教堂外面的廣場也不行。

而古巴Santiago de Cuba的聖母像，從1612年底達古巴，到現在已經有近400年的歷史。

今年聖母像也走出Santiago de Cuba市，開始在古巴各鄉鎮出巡，2011年6月29日的19:00，就是聖母與Trinidad教堂(Iglesia Santísima Trinidad)耶穌像相見歡的時刻。

當天人山人海，擠在人群當中，只能用超廣角鏡頭 + Live View雙手舉高拍攝了。

從Trinidad到Valle Los Ingenios的蒸汽火車。

Trinidad的舊城區(Casco histórico)及Valle Los Ingenios山谷，共同被UNESCO聯合國教科文組織列為世界遺產，舊城區在網路上的討論很多，但是Valle Los Ingenios的討論似乎不多。

到Valle Los Ingenios的蒸汽火車每天09:30從火車站出發，車資為$10 CUC，除了去的時候會在停靠Manaca Iznaga約20-30分鐘外，最後會在一個莊園停留一個多小時，讓遊客能夠在那裡休息 / 用餐 / 散步及騎馬。

來回的時間約六小時，但是由於是淡季，所以時間縮短到五個小時左右。

印象中這台蒸汽火車好像是1925或是1927年的老爺車，已經有八十多年的歷史，去跟回程都必須停靠在一個橋上加水，每次加水量約500 - 1000公升。

火車的車廂是原木製造，由於6月底是淡季，所以當天除了我跟老婆，一戶法國家庭4個人，一對丹麥夫婦，一位自己旅行的日本攝影同好外，就是少數幾個搭便車的古巴人。

在古巴旅行那16天，一直沒什麼機會看到耕耘機，絕大部分的農民都是將兩隻牛綁在一起來耕作。

因為大部分的牛都是用來耕作，都是農夫們的好朋友，所以在古巴，很少有機會吃牛肉，大部分的選擇是豬肉 / 雞肉及海鮮。

說到甘蔗，Trinidad真的是喝甘蔗汁的天堂，又冰又涼又甘的甘蔗汁，一杯只要$1 cubano (約US$ 0.04，$1 CUC約等於US$1，可以換24 cubanos)，市中心Viazul車站旁那間，跟火車站旁兩條街那間都強力推薦。

這如果是其它的國家，這種區域我應該是不敢把相機拿出來拍照吧，甚至連去也不敢去。

但是在古巴，我卻特別享受這種到住宅區與人們聊天 / 拍照的經驗，尤其是Trinidad, Cienfuegos, Habana Vieja。

古巴的鳳凰花，我看到的有橙色 / 紅色及黃色三種顏色，很可惜沒有拍攝紅色跟黃色的鳳凰花。

因為氣候的關係，多年來在阿根廷 / 烏拉圭 / 智利 / 玻利維亞及秘魯一直都沒機會看到鳳凰花，這次在古巴看到鳳凰花，讓我回想起當年在台灣幼稚園 / 小學 / 國中及高職畢業的情景。

我問他古巴的雪茄那麼出名，為什麼不抽雪茄呢? 他的回答是香煙較方便，但是雪茄較健康，因為在古巴，香煙的煙草都是用製造雪茄剩下的殘屑做的，而且混合了不少壞東西，捲香煙的紙對身體也不好。

[古巴系列-03] 煙草的故鄉 - Viñales

提到古巴，大家腦海中應該馬上浮現雪茄 / 共產主義 / 老爺車及美麗的沙灘吧?

許多國家都有生產雪茄，但是古巴雪茄的品質在世界上是數一數二的。

Viñales位於古巴首都哈瓦那西方180公里處，而Viñales山谷國家公園，更列為UNESCO世界遺產之一。

一般說來，煙草的種植季節約11月及12月，經過約45天的成長，就可以開始收割，不同高度的葉子因為日照程度不同，所以又可以分成七個等級。

越下面的部分日照越少，菸葉越嫩，是用來作為雪茄表面那層使用。越上面的部分日照越多，所以菸葉較為粗糙，味道也最強，適用於雪茄中間的部分。

Leandro Cheng到Viñales的季節是6月底，所以沒有看到菸葉成長，也沒有遇到收成的時刻。

風乾45天之後，農民把菸葉收集在一起，準備發酵的工作(這過程還真的有點像釀酒)，發酵是決定菸葉品質好壞的重要因素之一。

說來您可能不相信，發酵的過程會產生高熱，如果不小心的話，甚至會引起火災。

所以每隔一段時間就要更換菸葉上下的位置，並使用溫度計監控溫度，早期沒有這種溫度計可以使用時，必須用手伸入菸葉堆裡去感覺溫度。

發酵的過程約45-60天左右，發酵完畢後，必須交給國家，因為再來菸葉分類 / 去葉梗 / 捲雪茄 / 加標籤 / 包裝 / 行銷..的工作都由國營煙草廠 / 雪茄廠包辦。

農民種植菸葉，發酵後以"公斤"計價賣給國家，而國家加工後以"盒"或"支"來銷售雪茄，高級品一盒可能達到上千元美金。

這種菸葉分類工廠全部都是國營的，經驗豐富的工人們(絕大部分是女工，每個月的薪資約US$ 15左右)熟練的把菸葉分成不同的等級。

一般說來煙草 / 雪茄工廠是不允許拍照的，Habana的Partagas雪茄工廠就是個很好的例子，您花$ 10 CUC (約US$ 10)進去參觀，第一件事就是請您把相機及背包寄放。

Viñales的Estanco de tabaco II煙草工廠，在與主管的溝通後，准許我進入工廠內拍照(門票$ 4 CUC)，當然，她在旁邊"全程陪伴"，不希望我拍到不該拍的東西。

25公里外Pinar del Rio的Robaina菸葉工廠(門票$ 2 CUC)，有解說員介紹煙草及雪茄的製造過程，可以自由拍照。

另外如果您住民宿的話，可以請民宿主人帶您去參觀私人捲雪茄的示範，當然，這些雪茄的成品不能打上牌子在市面上銷售，只能私下交易。

用報紙捲起來的用途有兩個:
1. 乾燥。
2. 壓縮。
說到壓縮，Partagas雪笳工廠的壓縮方式是使用木頭製造的工具，壓縮約30分鐘，壓縮的目的讓雪茄更扎實。
而Viñales的作法，是用大王椰子(Palma Real)的葉子來壓縮雪茄的未成品。

這種大王椰子葉子做成的圓柱形東西就是用來壓縮雪茄半成品的，而當完成後，Viñales民間出產的雪茄，也是用大王椰子的葉子來包裝，很有特色，但是如果買來送人的話，包裝不夠精美，也沒有牌子。

當地的行情是每盒25支，價格為$25 CUC。

Robaina 煙 草廠位於Pinar del Rio，從1845年創立以來，一直就是品質的代表，他們從種植菸葉 / 採收 / 自然風乾 / 發酵 / 分類 / 再烘乾 / 製造雪茄 / 包裝 / 行銷.....都一手包辦，但是1959年古巴革命後，所有雪茄的生產過程變成國有，他們只能種植菸葉 / 採收 / 自然風乾 / 發酵而已，其它的部分都必須由國營工廠完成。

Robaina家族上一代的經營者Alejandro Robaina於2009年罹患癌症，2010年4月17日去世，享年91歲，終身抽雪茄。

目前Robaina家族的菸葉交國家後，用來生產"Robaina牌"的雪茄，這是古巴唯一採用菸葉生產農場名稱為銷售牌子的雪茄，由此可見Robaina家族在古巴雪茄界的地位。

這個洞穴是當年許多黑奴逃離主人及奴役商後，聚集在一起藏身的地方。

這次到古巴之前，事先的計畫就是把哈瓦那舊城區(Habana Vieja)列為最重要的一個點，所以安排在那裡住了四個晚上，而且當時也沒想到會對Viñales及Trinidad那麼有好感。

哈瓦那舊城區是UNESCO的世界遺產之一，在那裡會讓你有回到1950年代的錯覺。

這篇文章，我把範圍縮小到舊城區的人事物而已，與舊城區相鄰的哈瓦那歌劇院(Teatro Habana)，因為實在是太漂亮了，我會另外寫一篇文章來介紹它。

而觀光客常去的La Bodeguita Del Medio及Floridita酒店，我會把他放在"古巴飲食篇"裡。

另外據聞是世界第二古老的Sarra西藥房(不是Obispo人行道上那間喔)，雖然也是在哈瓦那舊城區裡，但是美輪美奐的擺設及裝潢，也值得我專門為它寫一篇。

這篇"哈瓦那舊城區的人事物 (Habana Vieja)"將會以當地的市井小民為主題，街景為輔，並儘量避開那些專門為觀光客擺Pose的職業Model，因為那些人太職業化了，少了一份古巴人的真實。

人物的照片，絕大部分都有事先花時間與照片的主角們閒聊溝通，取得信任同意後才開始拍攝，因為這樣的照片會比較自然，同時也是對被拍攝者的一種尊重。

所有的照片都是用現場光拍攝，沒有使用閃光燈。

這是典型的舊城區建築，破舊的線路及電表，叨著雪茄的老人，縫補過的襯衫口袋，這些東西讓整個畫面很速配。

02 古巴麻將

不管在Habana Vieja, Trinidad及Cienfuegos，都可以看到許多人在門口或是客廳裡玩這種麻將。

這是一間賣畫的商店，穿黃色衣服的男人叨根雪茄，剛好與畫面左後方的畫相對應。

不知道為什麼，我對Habana Vieja的這些家庭式理髮院很有興趣，或許是讓我回想到小時候在彰化北斗鄉下的情景吧?

那幾天跑到好幾間理髮廳裡閒聊，而這些理髮師們也很親切，沒有拒絕我拍照的要求。

Ernesto Che Guevara的照片無所不在，住家 / 學校 / 商店 / 理髮廳 / 廣場 / 風景區 / 公家機關 / 車站.....，甚至$3 Cubanos的紙鈔及硬幣上的圖樣也是Che的照片。

當然還是少不了Fidel Castro爺爺的照片。

06 補胎師傅

哈瓦那舊城區許多窄巷裡行駛計程車並不方便，所以人力三輪車是當地最重要的交通工具。

人力三輪車的收費有兩種價格，當地人的價格很便宜(當然，以當地人的收入來衡量，也不算便宜)，而觀光客的話，收費就跟計程車類似了，大都是從$2 CUC起跳。

昏暗的房子裡，兩名建築工人鋸著木板。

他們把木板放在搖椅上，讓我覺的很有趣，因為鋸東西要出力，把木頭放在越穩固的支撐物上是越好，而搖椅並不是穩固的支撐物。雖然心中納悶著，但沒有說出來，免得影響他們的工作。

08 國營配給店的"山寨版"員工

這是一間"國營配給店"(Bodega)，每個古巴家庭都會被指定在某一家國營配給店購買民生必需品，購買時必須拿"配給簿"(Libreta)登記，不能購買超過每個月規定的數量，假使您的配給數量不夠使用，請到外面市場支付數倍於國營配給店價格的金額購買。

聽民宿的說明，他們每個人每個月能買7公斤的米，215公克的咖啡粉(只限成人)，其它東西的限制數量我就不清楚了。

為什麼說是"山寨版"的員工呢? 因為真正的工作人員太害羞了，不好意思讓我拍攝，而我說服了他的朋友到櫃臺後面，當作是工作人員讓我拍攝，話說回來，這位年輕人表演的還真像。

或許是在這間國營配給店喇賽喇得太Over了，出來以後有位感覺是情治人員的人來搭訕，要找我"喝咖啡"，後來耗了大約15分鐘才把他給甩掉。

這是另一間配給店，每間配給店都是舊舊的，當然，都是掛滿了古巴國旗。

古巴物資缺乏，所有的東西壞了以後，就是乖乖的修理吧。

古巴的插頭與台灣及美國相同，兩根平行的扁平金屬，少部分的還有一根圓柱型的地線，電壓是110V。

實在太厲害了，竟然沒有戴面具或是深色眼鏡。

這是一間負責調配人力三輪車的地方，雖然事先有跟這位負責看守的先生溝通過了，但是他的臉還是完全沒有表情，或許是不習慣吧?

拍攝於一戶民宅，這位婦人的表情雖然很殺(有點像大姊頭仔)，但是交談之中還蠻和善的。

這位在他家門口裡面擺個工作桌，就開始做起生意了。

他的工作就是幫客人灌瓦斯，一些在國外瓦斯用完就丟棄的打火機，來到古巴後卻變成要重複使用，算起來也是物盡其用。

這位婦人專心的修補著衣服，雖然有打過招呼，但是她還是蠻害羞的，面對鏡頭很不自在，所以還是請她繼續做她的事。

這位木匠很有意思，在家門口做事情，跟他一陣閒聊以後，突然跑進他家拿出他的作品秀給我看: 古巴地圖。

這個古巴地圖是由許多不同材質的木頭製造，每個不同的省分採用不同的木頭。

這次的旅行認識了Pinar del Rio, Habana, Matanza及Las Villas這四個省，因為時間的關係，沒辦法認識東邊的兩個省。

Leandro對一些傳統市場特別有興趣，因為覺得特別有親切感。

古巴食用較多的肉類是豬肉及雞肉，牛肉非常非常的少，其中一個原因是大部分的農夫用牛來耕田，所以不食用牛肉，這跟早年台灣鄉下類似。

這位在Plaza de la catedral男伴扮女裝擺攤算命的人，是這系列照片的人物裡，唯一向觀光客要求收費拍照的，原本不想放這張進來，但是想一想，這些人物算起來也是哈瓦那舊城區的特色之一。

舊城區一些觀光客聚集的廣場附近，常有這種靠被拍照為生的人，一般說來都是獅子大開口，要求每張照片$1 CUC ($1 CUC約等於US$1)，當然，您可以殺價。

同一間小學，在舊城區看了幾間學校，幾乎都是這樣，昏昏暗暗，破破舊舊的。這是面向黑板的角度，而同一間教室的另一個角度，則是"偉大領袖"Fidel Castro爺爺及國家英雄Che的照片。

騎摩托車的是警察，馬路上掛著一大堆彩旗，是因為當晚大家要為棒球國家代表隊賤行，他們隔天要去委內瑞拉比賽。

右邊牆上掛的牌子是"合法民宿"的牌子，一些家庭可以向政府申請經營民宿，政府檢查設備通過後發給執照。

"藍色符號"民宿的以CUC收費，專門讓外國人住宿，"紅色符號的是收取古巴幣(Peso cubano)，收費便宜很多，但是外國人不能住。

收外國人的合法民宿，每間房間每個月要支付給政府$200 CUC，不管你有沒有客人，一般住宿的行情大約是每間房間每天$25 - 35 CUC左右，不管你住幾個人，許多民宿的房間都有3-4個床位。

[古巴系列-05] Matanzas的西藥房博物館及Cuevas de Bellamar地洞

Matanzas市是Matanzas省的省會，位於古巴首都Habana東方約100公里，度假勝地Varadero海灘西方約40公里，以河跟橋多而聞名。

由於非常靠近Varadero，所以在Varadero的光環下，住宿在Matanzas的外國遊客並不多，很多都是住在Varadero，跟團到Matanzas一日遊。

Museo farmacéutico de Matanzas西藥房博物館，前身是Dr. Ernesto Triolet Lelievre醫生於1882年1月創立的西藥房"La Francesa" ，多年的經營後，1964年4月30日改成博物館。

這是西藥房博物館的外觀，沒有特別的招牌，但是問當地人，大家都知道在那裡。

Cuevas de Bellamar地洞位於市郊約5公里處，可以搭公車抵達。

參觀山洞無法自行進入參觀，每天有七個時刻會有嚮導帶隊下去參觀，但是人數有限制，超過人數時必須要等下一批。

山洞位於地下，有許多層的階梯慢慢下降，夏天時在地洞裡非常的涼快，但是小心地上的積水容易滑倒。

Museo Histórico Provincial (省立歷史博物館):

裡面有許多關於黑奴的資料，許多文獻，許多鐵煉/ 手銬 / 腳銬，許多照片..........，雖然可以自由拍照，但是那些東西讓我心情down到谷底，雖然有帶相機，但是卻按不下快門，從進去到出來，一張照片都沒有拍。

還有一位在當地挖到的木乃伊，是一位體型嬌小的女性，保存的很好，非常意外的一件事，沒有規定不准拍照，但是我當時在低落的心情下，也沒有拍木乃伊。

昨天晚上看了一部電影: La Amistad，是由真實的故事改編，描述19世紀初期，西班牙如何從非洲非法抓黑人到古巴，然後再由古巴販賣到別的地方，古巴當時是非常重要的黑奴買賣市場，這些黑人跟牲畜一樣的被人們用金錢買賣。

古巴在販賣黑奴的歷史上，佔了非常重要的地位，以人性的角度來看，這也是古巴永遠的污點。

瞭解了西班牙當年在中南美洲的歷史，幾乎是一篇篇殺戮原住民，奴役黑人的無人性事蹟。

雖含然黑人在世界上的地位還是偏低，但是至少已經不是奴役，同樣都是人，為什麼不同膚色就有不平等呢?

人們及街景:

[古巴系列-06] Cienfuegos住宅區熱情的人們及Valle家族故居

Cienfuegos市位於古巴首都哈瓦那市的東南方245公里處，同時也是Cienfuegos省的省會(Cienfuegos省之前屬於Las Villas省)，是古巴第二大的港口。

Cienfuegos的舊市區，在2005年7月被UNESCO宣布為世界遺產。

從哈瓦那或是Varadero搭巴士到Trinidad時會經過Cienfuegos，這個地方建議您可以住個兩天。

Cienfuegos的主要觀光景點有二:
1. 舊市區(Centro Histórico)。
2. Punta Gorda海邊。

但是對於Leandro Cheng來說，這個都市最吸引我的地方在於舊的住宅區，人們非常的和善及熱情。

在Cienfuegos的住宅區，有居民在吃魚後三明治時，邀請我跟他們一起用餐。有小男孩的祖母，邀請我到家裡面坐。有不少足球迷跟我聊足球，還虧我說阿根廷隊在美洲杯踢得不好。

另外Cienfuegos也是少數的都市裡，有著還算不少，用cubanos當地貨幣消費，而且有提供餐桌及椅子的餐廳。

根據在Habana, Viñales, Matanzas及Trinidad的經驗，用cubanos幣可以消費的餐飲業幾乎都是在窗口賣給您，您站在路邊吃。而有提供桌椅的餐廳，幾乎都是用CUC消費 ($1 CUC折合$24 cubanos)。

問過幾次當地人，雪茄幾乎是男人的專利，除非一些年紀大的老婦人以外，一般較年輕的婦女是不會抽雪茄的。

這是一個學校的留值人員，我跟他聊了一會兒後，問他是否可以進入教室拍照，他面帶難色的說明有規定不許外人進入，當然我不會讓為難他的。

後來有提出幫他拍照的要求，他帶點靦腆的答應了，但是表情還是很嚴肅。

這是當地重要的交通工作，住宅區裡沒有巴士，就靠這種用馬拉的公車了，座位是兩條長長的木板凳。

舊城區的街景，位於Parque José Marti廣場旁，左後方那個牌子在古巴到處可見，除了廣場以外，路邊，公家機關，住家，甚至餐廳都常見到這個圖案，那是被美國政府逮捕的5名古巴人，牌子上寫著"Volverán" (他們將會回來)。

那 五位古巴人(Gerardo Hernández, Ramón Labañino, Antonio Guerrero, Fernando González及René González)是在1998年9月在邁阿密被美國以間諜名義逮捕，到目前為止(2011年)已經 被關了將近13年了。

世界各地有許多報導都提到這是美國的司法迫害，但是美國當局的說法當然不是這樣。

事實如何? 我們外人也很難去判斷。

舊城區的街景，古巴人很喜歡把衣服曬在外面，感覺起來很雜亂，這在阿根廷非常的少見。

這間理髮廳真的是夠大的，從外面看以為是餐廳，進門後才知道是理髮廳。

總共有27張椅子，不但每張椅子之間的距離很寬，而且每個椅子旁都有專用的洗髮沖洗台，這是我這輩子看過最大的理髮廳。

可惜那天出門時只帶一機一鏡(EF 24-105 L IS)，沒有帶超廣角鏡頭，無法把理髮廳的寬闊感給表現出來。

人行徒步街，位於54街介於37街(Av. Prado)與29街之間。

在古巴旅行，常可以看到像照片中這對年輕人，手中拿著Lonely Planet的旅遊書，一看就知道是自助旅行的外國人。

Punta Gorda:

我們把場景由舊城區轉移到出名的海邊: Punta Gorda。

可以搭乘公車(Wawa)，或是搭計程車抵達。

我們是搭公車，每個人的車資$0.20 cubano，司機不找零錢也不會給收據，因為我們沒有小額的銅板，所以都是兩個人直接拿$1 cubano給司機。

請注意，古巴人搭公車幾乎是不排隊的，而且公車抵達後，馬上發揮叢林中的"弱肉強食"等"求生本能"，"各憑本事"的鑽進公車裡面。多次搭公車的經驗，我們明明是排在最前面，但是公車來了以後，馬上被"熱情"的古巴人擠到最後面。

而且很好玩的一件事，公車有兩個門，司機一邊開車一邊收錢，從前門上車的人直接付款給司機，而從中間門上車的人呢? 答案是: 不用付了。

Palacio de Valle : Valle家族故居，位於Bahía de Jagua海灣的Punta Gorda，37街(Av. Prado)的終點附近。

這是個非常值得推薦的景點，有非常漂亮的建築，內部保養得非常好，從這棟建築大概可以看出當初古巴有多麼輝煌。

這個建築，也是Cienfuegos的代表象徵之一，是古巴的國家級古蹟。

想要參觀的話，必須購買門票，每個人$2 CUC，但是很有良心，會邀請您在頂樓陽台喝一杯免費的冷飲。

這棟古蹟的歷史如下:
1913年: Valle Blanco開始興建的工程，工程非常的龐大，許多建材都是從西班牙 / 義大利及美國進口，並且從法國 / 阿拉伯 / 義大利及古巴各地邀請了許多專家來參與興建的工作。
1917年: 完工。
1920年: Valle Blanco去世，留下妻子及七個兒女。
1922年: Valle的遺孀帶著妻個孩子到西班牙定居。
這棟建築後來有段時間成為Club de Cazadores(狩獵俱樂部)的場地。
1950年代: 一個財團將故居及附近土地買下來，計畫將故居改成Hotel Jagua的附屬賭場。
1959年: 古巴革命成功，實施共產主義，收歸國有，成為藝術學校。
後來成為Hotel Jagua附屬的餐廳。

[古巴系列-07] 50年代的美國老爺車

一直到1959年，古巴雖然一直被垢病著毒品 / 娼妓及非法財富，但是無法否認當時的經濟非常的好，從建築 / 汽車等就可以看的出來。

1959年古巴革命成功後，實施共產主義，也因此造成美國的經濟封鎖，古巴靠著蘇聯的協助，也是一步一步的走過來。

80年代前蘇聯解體後，古巴頓時失去了蘇聯的協助，經濟一時掉到谷底，90年代以後，慢慢的開放觀光等，讓更多人能夠認識古巴。

目前古巴街頭的車子還是以1950年代的美國大車最多:

看到這輛老爺車，我就一肚子火。

拍完這張照片後，有三四個年輕人把我跟老婆圍起來，當時第一個反應就是: "有人要幫我保管相機了"。後來發現，原來他們是要求我們為拍老爺車付款，問題是: 他們根本不是這台車的車主。

決定不鳥他們，想趕快快步離開，但是這幾個年輕人卻一直緊跟著我們連續騷擾，典型的想用半威脅的方式要我付錢。

走了約一條街之後，突然間我看到一棟大樓樓下有保全，我們立即衝到保全那裡，問他那裡可以叫警察? 那位保全的態度有點冷漠，跟我說那附近沒有警察。

故意留下來跟保全聊天，那幾位年輕人看我一直在保全旁邊，無法得逞，所以就離開了。

案發地點就離民宿一條街，原本跟老婆想到街角的咖啡廳喝杯咖啡，但是老婆嚇壞了，趕快回民宿。

回民宿後跟女主人反應這件事，女主人覺得很不可思議，因為案發地點就在PCC(古巴共產黨)黨部旁邊，照理講應該是非常安全的地方，所以馬上派他女婿陪我去共產黨黨部報案。

抵達黨部後，跟黨工們提起這件事，他們覺得事情嚴重，馬上聯絡警察，警車在幾分鐘內抵達。

警察問清楚狀況後，問我: 有沒有拍攝到這幾位年輕人的照片? 我楞了一下，回答說: 當然沒有，因為當時的第一個反應是他們要搶我的相機，那種情況下我怎麼可能拿相機拍他們呢? 這不是擺明了要他們搶相機消滅證據?

警察問我那幾位年輕人的特徵，老實說，我根本記不得了。

我好奇的問警察為什麼要拍他們? 警察的回答讓我蠻吃驚的，他說: 歹徒看到你拍攝他們時的反應是馬上逃走，不會去搶你的相機。

根據警察的說法: 如果當時有拍攝到他們，拿照片給他們，他們在很短的時間內馬上可以把歹徒逮捕到案，而光只有騷擾觀光客這條罪，就夠他們在牢裡蹲個好幾年了。

聽完警察的說法，對已經適應Buenos Aires治安的我，在那種被圍起來的情況下，一定做不到拿起相機拍攝歹徒，因為怕相機被搶。

但是警察的說法，倒也是提供了到古巴旅遊的觀光客一個危機應付的方式。

除了1950年代的美國車以外，古巴常見的車其次是:
蘇聯車: Lada等牌子，大都是非常老的車型。
中國車: 所有的巴士幾乎都是中國製造，還有不少樣式新穎的轎車。
韓國車: 大都是轎車，以Hyundai最多。
歐洲車: 以Peugeot最多，少數的Fiat, Volkswagen，更少數的Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz等，但是這些高級車都是公家的。
日本車: 數量不多，大都是Toyota跟Suzuki，以轎車跟SUV最多。

牌照資訊:

古巴的汽車牌照有多種顏色，當然每種顏色代表著不同的意義:

藍牌: 政府用車，這是最常見到的顏色，因為古巴大部分的車子都是國有。除了公家機關外，國營的巴士 / 計程車也是藍牌。

黃牌: 民用車，大都是老車，所有的美國老爺車幾乎都是黃牌，民營的計程車也是黃牌。

紅牌: 如果紅牌，第一個字是"T"的話，代表是遊客，幾乎所有的租車都是紅牌，以Hyundai小車，Peugeot 207/307及中國車最多。

橘牌: 外國企業的技師 / 工程師等。

黑牌: 外交人員。

白牌: 政府重要人員或是共產黨高階人員。

綠牌: 軍用車。

Viñales:

拍攝這台棗紅色的Ford敞篷車很有意思，當我們在Viñales時，包了一台車子去一些景點，在前往Mirador Los Jazmines的路上，司機Luis跟我說他有位朋友住在附近，有一台很漂亮的Ford敞篷車。

剛說完沒一分鐘，他朋友的車剛好就在路上出現了，這個時候Luis不管當時是在公路上，也不管當時是在轉彎的雙黃線區域，馬上把他的朋友攔下來，介紹給我們認識:

有沒有發現特別的地方呢? 這台車的引擎換過了，目前的引擎是一顆Hyundai的柴油引擎，沒有渦輪增壓。

說到引擎，目前古巴的這些美國老爺車，絕大部分的引擎都換過了，大部分都是裝柴油引擎，或是蘇俄Lada等牌子的汽油引擎。

為什麼要換引擎呢?

一方面那些原廠的引擎都已經50多年了，零件取得已經非常困難，維修不易。

另一方面，1950年代的美國車，流行大排氣量，大馬力，所以那些原廠引擎幾乎都是V8的。古巴被美國經濟封鎖後，石油取得不易，油價高昂，所以想要養V8引擎，實在是很大的負擔。

目前一般古巴人的每月薪資約US$ 15，一公升的高級汽油約介於US$ 1.20 - 1.40之間，要養V8引擎非常困難吧?

這台是古巴前國寶級人物Alejandro Robaina的座車。

Robaina家族上一代的經營者Alejandro Robaina於2009年罹患癌症，2010年4月17日去世，享年91歲，抽了一輩子的雪茄。

目前Robaina家族的菸葉交國家後，用來生產"Robaina牌"的雪茄，這是古巴唯一採用菸葉生產農場名稱為銷售牌子的雪茄，由此可見Robaina家族在古巴雪茄界的地位。

[古巴系列-08] 哈瓦那歌劇院及Sarra西藥房

哈瓦那歌劇院 (Grand Teatro de la Habana):

哈瓦那歌劇院位於Centro Habana及Habana Viaja的交界: Paseo del Prado上，面對中央廣場(Parque central)，交通非常的方便。

緊鄰著Hotel Inglaterra旅館，出名的Capitolio, Partagas雪茄工廠及華人街都在附近。

於1838年4月15日開幕，開幕後第一場節目是由古巴出名演員Francisco Covarrubias領銜主演的 “Don Juan de Austria” (事實上，半年前的1837年11月就已經有演出的活動了)。

Covarrubias.原本的名字是Gran Teatro Tacón，後來改名成為Gran Teatro de la Habana Garcia Lorca，現在許多人都簡稱為Teatro Habana。

當年Gran Teatro Tacón建立後，因為有著非常華麗的建築，變成了哈瓦那的市標，那個時代到哈瓦那旅行，歌劇院是一定要去的地方，在當年的重要性就好像去義大利的Pisa一定會去參觀斜塔一樣。

位於哈瓦那舊城(Habana Vieja)區Compostela街與Teniente Rey街的交叉口，附近的區域看起來不大好，但是請放心，安全沒問題。

創立於1853年，由西班牙人José Sarrá創立。

這間西藥房比在Obispo人行道上面那間Taquechell西藥房大很多，也比較漂亮:

貨幣單位:

CUC: 外國人在古巴大部分的消費都是用CUC，$1 CUC約等於US$ 1 (如果您帶歐元去換CUC的話)，到古巴建議不要帶美金，因為匯率很差，CADECA官方兌換所會扣10%的手續費。

Peso cubano: 這是古巴當地人使用的貨幣，以外國人來說，只有少部分地方可以使用，比方說像路邊攤等。在CADECA可以換Peso cubano，$1 CUC可以換$24 cubanos.

Cervecería Plaza Vieja (Restaurante Muralla):

位於Plaza Vieja廣場旁，與Muralla街的交叉口，出名的是生啤酒 / 海鮮 / 串燒及豬肉，我們在Habana Vieja住了四個晚上，去光顧了三次，那就可以說明為什麼要推薦了。

生啤酒有兩種點法:
1. 一杯 (Jarra): $2 CUC。
2. 一"柱" (Metro): $12 CUC (6杯量)，$20 CUC (10杯量)。

又有分Clara, Oscura及Negra三種口味(淺色，深色及黑啤酒)。

餐點也有兩種點法:
1. 點菜:
照菜單點。好處是種類多，適合嘗鮮，缺點是價格較貴。

2. 套餐:
晚上的時候可以點套餐(我不確定中午有沒有套餐?)，$10 CUC包括: 飲料(啤酒或是果汁)，湯，麵包，正餐(有多種可以選擇)，甜點。

服務品質還不錯，有樂隊表演。

Unión francesa:

位於Verado區的第17街跟第6街的交叉口，Lennon廣場(Parque Lennon)旁，是一間一般住家改的餐廳，有分三層:
樓下: 頗為精緻餐點，服務非常的好，座位有限，有另外收10%的服務費。
二樓: 義大利餐及Pizza。
三樓: Bar。

我們當時是在樓下用餐，服務品質是在古巴16天裡最棒的的，除了10%的服務費外，我們還特地另外給了服務生小費，因為一般說來，古巴餐廳的服務品質實在是不怎麼樣。

餐點精緻，份量剛好，不會像民宿那樣份量超大，但是卻缺乏了精緻。

消費:
我們點了一罐啤酒，一罐汽水，一份雞肉沙拉，兩份主菜(螃蟹肉及綿羊肉，均有附沙拉)，印象中是約$22 CUC左右，建議不用另外點沙拉，因為主菜就有包括了。

Habana vieja兩間非常出名的Bar:

這兩間應該不用特別介紹了，海明威最喜歡La Boguedita del Medio的Mojito，及Floridita的Daiquirí，是大部分觀光客會去朝聖的地方。

民宿餐點:

住民宿的話，可以考慮在民宿用餐，大都要先預約。
價位: 早餐大約是$3 - 5 CUC，午餐 / 晚餐大約是$8 - 10 CUC左右，如果點龍蝦的話，價格有可能達到$15 CUC，大部分不包含飲料。
優點: 衛生，份量大，方便。
缺點: 大部分的餐點比較不夠精緻。

[古巴系列-10] 住宿篇

古巴幾乎看不到背包客住的Hostel，所以大概只有三種選擇:

1. 民宿: (Casa，早餐通常是另外收費)。
2. 一般旅館: (通常包括早餐)。
3. All inclusive的旅館: 這大部分是在Varadero, Cayo Coco, Cayo Guillermo等海灘度假區。

如果您想住的舒適點，請找一般旅館或是 All inclusive的旅館。

如果您是一個人旅行，住旅館或是民宿的價差不大，因為旅館一個人跟兩個人的價格有差，有時候是相差對倍，而民宿是算房間的，不管是住一個人 / 兩個人 / 三個人，甚至是四個人。

如果您是2-3個人旅行，又不想花太多錢在住宿上，那麼民宿會比較合適。

如果您想深入瞭解他們的生活，尤其語言又通的話，請選擇民宿，因為往往會有意外的驚喜。

Verado (Habana): 民宿，一個晚上。
除了Varadero是住all inclusive旅館外，其它的都是民宿，目的是為了有更深入的瞭解。

只有Habana vieja那間民宿不怎麼滿意，其它5間民宿都算不錯，跟民宿主人也聊了很多，尤其是Cienfuegos的Casa Estel。

有執照合法民宿的標誌:

有執照的民宿一定有這種牌子，藍色的是外國人能住的，以CUC付款，紅色的是當地人住的，以Peso cubano付款，我們外國人不能住。

這些有執照民宿的設備必須符合政府的要求，檢查合格後給予執照，為了安全起見，建議住在有執照的民宿，比較安心有保障。

合法民宿每個月必需支付給政府每間房間$200 CUC的稅金，不管民宿有沒有租出去，或是租出去幾天。

民宿行情:

一般行情Habana約$30 CUC，其它的地方約$25 CUC。

但是如果您沒有事先預約，到當地再找的話，一定可以找到更好的價格，尤其一個人旅行的話，有可能找到$10 CUC的民宿。

民宿提供的服務:

絕大部分的民宿都有冷氣及專用的浴室(套房)，會提供浴巾。

有的會提供香皂 / 冰箱 / 電視 / 保管箱，如果您運氣好的話，甚至包括早餐。

民宿的餐點服務:

早餐的行情價是$3 - $5 CUC，午餐晚餐的行情是$8 - $10 CUC，如果是龍蝦餐(Langosta)，有可能達到$15。

民宿的建築型態:

有分一般獨棟的單層住家 / 樓上的casa及公寓三種。

獨棟住家: 獨門獨院的房子。
優點: 地方寬闊，環境較好。
缺點: 房子較老，有可能採光跟通風較差。

樓上的casa: 在樓上的住家，樓下大都是店面或是其它的住家，必須爬樓梯。
優點: 老建築，它的建材，建築細節及格調可能非常的棒。
缺點: 老式的設計，有可能採光跟通風較差，另外就是拿行李爬好幾層樓不是件很快樂的事(古巴老房子的屋頂偏偏又特別高)。

公寓: 大樓的公寓。
優點: 較新式的建築，採光跟通風都會比較好。
缺點: 地方較小。

民宿的安全問題: 跟旅館一樣，非常的安全。

民宿的額外服務:
1. 安排Tour: 例如說在Viñales會跟您招攬騎馬到峽谷，帶您去看捲煙草....，當然他們中間大都會有佣金的。
2. 安排另一個景點的住宿: 他們在各都市都有相互配合的民宿，會互相介紹客人，聽說行情是介紹一間房間有$5 CUC的佣金。
3. 叫計程車。

一般旅館:

在Habana有很多的選擇，但是在內地的選擇就少很多了。

Habana的不同區域:

以民宿及旅館來說，Habana大約可以分四個區域:
Habana vieja: 價格最貴，但是就在舊城區，用走路就可以逛舊城區了。

Centro Habana: 如果是靠近舊城區附近還OK，其它的區域不怎麼好，根據當地人的說法，Centro Habana是Habana治安最差的區域。

Verado: 非常漂亮的區域，但是如果您的重點是舊城區，那麼請考慮交通問題，來回的計程車資大約為$12 CUC。

Miramar: 比Verado更遠的海邊，有一個區域那裡都是沿海的旅館，有自己的沙灘，許多不同等級可以選擇，從5顆星到兩顆星都有，適合休閒度假。如果您的重點是哈瓦那舊城區的話，建議不要考慮Miramar，因為交通費會蠻高的。

我有位朋友真的夠天才的，到委內瑞拉的Isla Margarita度假，買的團是All inclusive的，結果他老兄嫌手環會癢，第一天晚上洗澡時就把手環給扔了.....，結果第二天早上，餐廳不讓他進去。

Viñales - Casa Gena:
是一間獨門獨院的房子，很多的花草，男主人Sosa自己有種咖啡，他煮的咖啡非常棒。
優點: 環境幽雅，招呼很熱情，有房客自己的庭院，有電視及冰箱，採光通風也都不錯。
缺點: 離市中心稍微有點遠，大概6-7條街吧。

Matanzas - Casa Evelio:
是一間公寓的三樓，位於市中心。
優點: 交通方便，離市中心一條街，新式建築，採光通風都非常棒，餐點精緻，有電視 / 冰箱及保管箱。
缺點: 沒有套房，雖然浴室廁所就在門旁邊。

Trinidad - Casa Ramonita:
是一間獨門獨院的老房子。
優點: 女主人非常的熱情親切，餐飲的份量超大。
缺點: 離市區有點遠，用走路是OK，但是有行李時建議搭車，老式建築，採光及通風較差。

Cienfuegos - Casa Estel:
$25 CUC，是一間位於樓上的Casa，有非常漂亮的建築跟餐具，裡面的東西幾乎都是古董，讓您有種住在博物館的感覺。比方說鋼琴有200的歷史，掛鐘有170年的歷史，餐具有60年以上的歷史。

都市間的交通工具:

在古巴自助旅行，交通的選擇實在不多，都市間的大眾運輸工具大概只能靠以下幾種了:

1. Viazul: 外國人搭的巴士，服務欠佳。

2. 國內線飛機: 我沒機會嘗試。

租車的費用除了車種不同價格會有差異以外，另外大月小月的價格也有差別，最便宜的車型在小月時，大約每天$50 CUC起跳。

3. 椰子計程車 (Taxi Coco)。
4. 人力三輪車。
5. 公車 (Wawa)。
6. 共乘私家車。

1. 藍牌計程車:
國營的計程車，一般說來價格不會亂開，比較安心。

民間私營的計程車，很多都是漂漂亮亮的古董老爺車，非常的吸引觀光客，一般說來司機會看您的臉來開價，沒有固定的價格。

許多私家車車主會在用車時，沿路順路載客，行情是$10 peso cubano。

7. 包車:
有點類似計程車，價格雙方去談。
