恐怖？不會吧...睡那個Swag(澳洲野戰睡袋)是滿特別的經驗喔，天氣好的時候真的是滿天的星空
上次去的時候更特別，說alice springs跟ururu已經一年多沒下過雨了，結果剛好我去的時候就下雨，還在半夜下... 更糟糕的是Swag看起來很厚重粗勇，所以我就不管他繼續睡，誰知道越睡越冷，天阿！居然不防水 :-@
在生日當天，一年半沒下過雨的沙漠中，半夜2點被大雨淋醒，這算老天送的生日禮物嗎？ :-S

小女子與朋友6月中要出發到澳洲自助旅行~
路線:雪梨- 澳洲的沙漠 Ulura Rock - 墨爾本
我們預計在澳洲的沙漠 Ulura Rock那待上3天左右
也在網路上找到了一個tour~ 3天二夜+到Alice Spring 的機票，約澳幣499元

請問一下這個tour有人參加過嗎? 好嗎?
還有別的tour或是別的方式可以建議的嗎? 這個費用算便宜的還是貴的?

I am yenjay and stay in melbourne now
I joined the tour when i stayed in Alice springs two weeks ago.
it is cheaper than other tours and the meal is so so but i can accept^^
The tour is max 21 people and uses the small bus.
It is true that we must use the swag(it is pity that i forgot to take a photo>.<) and sleeping bag(if you don't have the sleeping bag, you can rent one for AU5 in annie's place backpacker hostel) when we sleep
But it is an unforgetable experience for me because i saw a lot of stars on the sky(very amazing ^O^ and i took the photo of southern cross^^)(we will stay outdoor where is no artificail light except the campfire one night^^, many people sit around the fire singing or chating)
BUT
1.it is cold at night and in the morning so you need to prepare warm clothes(we got up at 5:30am to see sunrise at Uluru(Ayers rock) one day and got up at 4:30am to climb the Kings canyon, but it is worth for me^^)
2.the distance between alice and uluru is 450km, so it is better to prepare some books or fictions to read on the way^^
3.If you wanna join the tour.
Maybe you should stay here for five days.

one day you arrive in Alice spring and stay in Annie's place backpacker hostel(8-bed dorm is 16/per person per night)(they will pick you up at airport)
Next day getting up at 5:30am and depart at 6:30am
when you come back Alice at 5:00pm 3 days later, maybe it is better that staying here one night.(because it is a little tired for me^^)

So in my opinion that it is better to stay here for 5 days
But if you have no more time, maybe you could ask the staff to pick you up at airport and directly joining the tour right now^^
4.the fare just include one way airplane from Syndey(but i remember the fare is just AU450 when i was in Alice??). If you join the tour alone, it costs AU250.

記得多數的tour，車上都會準備大水桶放飲用水，出發前或是路上司機英該會叫你準備一個水壺，直接去超市買個大瓶的便宜汽、水果汁就ok了，之後就當水壺。
Ururu雖然是沙漠，但是因為長期的開發，在附近有規劃一個大型的觀光休息區，可以容納5000人以上的住宿(包含一般的星級飯店、YHA，還有背包旅行團用的露營區)，裡面加油站、超市都有，當然洗澡也沒問題啦！真的要還是買的到東西。不過澳洲就是越偏僻的地方東西越貴，要有心理準備。
喔...對了...那裡甚至有投錢電腦可以上網....不過好像10塊左右一小時 :-@

如果你時間有限，當然只能搭飛機了吧，多上網找找便宜機票吧
如果你有足夠的時間，可以體會一下澳洲的經典鐵道 The Ghan，這班列車通常2種人會搭：有錢有閒的退休老人，跟貧窮、搭火車順便省一晚住宿費的背包客。
你可以從alice springs搭the ghan到 Adelaide，在車上睡一晚，車廂裡面還有shower可以用；之後看Adeliade要不要停，在搭 The Overland 去melbourne。
有機會的話來體驗一下澳洲的鐵道吧，至於greyhound 巴士.....個人是不建議啦，坐起來不舒服，你ururu的tour也應該已經看夠沙漠了。

I am sorry to reply you so late(because i went to Great ocean road for three days^^)
1.We will stay one night at Yalura and you can take a shower there. Another day we can't take a shower because we will sleep where is nothing^^
2.It is better to bring the water bottle by yourself. you could buy a 2L(or less) bottle of water in Alice(there are many supermarket like Coles and Woolworth) and you can get more drinking water on the way of travel(there are a lot of drinking water supple point at the national park and it is free^^)
3.I took the train from Alice to Adelaide and to Melbourne.
Alice-Adelaide
(1)It is spectacular to take the Glan train from Alice to Adelaide(it cost 21 hours but you can take a shower on the train).
(2)Taking the bus of Greyhound from Alice to Adelaide cost 24 hours(it is a little tired)
Adelaide-Melbourne
(1)in my opinion, if you wanna visit the Great ocean road when you are in Melbourne, you could join the tour of 3 days 2 nights from Adelaide to Melbourne via Great ocean road and Grampians national park(There are a lot of wild Kangaroo on the way^^), Then you can save the money of transport from Adelaide to Melbourne
However, if you don't have the time, it is better to take the airplane(just 3-4 hours from Alice to Melbourne)
It is my opinion and i hope these will have benefit for you,

看樣子是不是要帶個圍巾什麼的包住頭臉會比較好
看你身高多高囉.如果不太高的話,是可以往袋裏鑽把頭臉多蓋一點,真的很怕冷的話,包條圍巾睡也不錯啦.我11月去的,算是初夏,白天很熱,但半夜也降到了4-5度而已.
