哥斯大黎加號稱中美洲小瑞士
境內20多處國家園,自然生態保護完整,氣候涼爽宜人
不過多山導致交通不便,物價亦是中美之冠
我的感覺是,如果短途旅遊,開銷大且拉車時間長

2天:首都San Jose及Poas火山湖
San Jose氣候涼爽宜人,市容優美,沒有高樓大廈的喧囂
三個小時車程Poas國家公園自然步道及火山湖
6天(山線):2天行程+Arenal火山及Monteverde森林
哥國境內的活火山 Arenal以及原始田野生活的 Monteverde森林
6天(海線):2天行程+Limon港及Tortoguero海龜島
哥國境內白人居多,Limon港則是加勒比海典型黑人城市
Limon港的懶猴保護園區以及哥國最渡假的Puerto Viejo海灘
Tortoguero國家公園熱帶雨林生態及海龜下蛋
12天:那當然就是6天的山海線全包了

太平洋岸Tamarindo海灘是沖浪者的勝地

上次到熱帶雨林 嚮導告訴我許多遊客推薦哥斯大黎加的雨林 動物最多 生態非常多樣化 請問去哪個國家公園 或生態保護區 最好呢 旅途困難否 價錢呢

去哥國的確有很多野生動物跟熱帶雨林可看
看你是要怎樣的住宿 一個晚上兩千多塊台幣 就可以住非常好的旅館（還包早餐）
不太鼓勵自己租車 因為路況不好 路名也沒標示 不太好找路
可搭公車 但要等很久
如你在首都ｓａｎ ｊｏｓｅ參加一日遊的費用大概是快三千塊

我比較偏好每個人每晚不超過10美金
當地的tour我沒參加過
不過公車現在很好等 至少從首都發出去的還不錯

推薦哥國北部的Volcán Miravalle, 靠近Cañas，這裡可以排個騎馬+溫泉+挖火山泥兩天一夜行程，剛好一個週末就ok啦~
如果是一群人去的話，可以考慮租車去會比較方便，因為這個點沒有直達車，坐公車的話會讓你轉車轉到發轟@@"

Hi everyone, it's my first post here :)
I'm going on holidays in Costa Rica from Aug 6-16, I will have full 9 days there (or 10 days, as I arrive in the morning and leave in the afternoon), very excited! It's my first time in costa rica, and I would like to catch the beauty of mountain/volcano and have some time enjoy the beach (just for reading, swimming, walking around, sight seeing...). I personally prefer not to rush myself to visit as many places as possible in 10 days.
I came up with a plan and would like to seek for your suggestions. please have a look to see if this make sense for you guys
Aug 7 arrive at San Jose (am)-----wonder around the city
Aug 8 San Jose <> Poas
Aug 9 Leave San Jose to Arenal (stay in La Fortuna for 3 nights)
Aug 10/11 Volcano Arenal/ Monteverde
Aug 12 Leave La Fortuna to Puerto Viejo (stay in Puerto Viejo for 3 nights)
Aug 12-14 Enjoy Puerto Viejo/ visit Limon (and Tortugueno??)
Aug 15 Back to San Jose in late pm
Aug 16 Departure in the early evening.
some questions I have:
1. I'm still debating whether to go to Puerto Viejo OR Tamarrindo OR Montezuma. am not a surfing person, just want to stay at a beach town with local taste/culture, not too many tourists, nice beach. Could you give me some suggestions and which one I should choose in Aug?
2. If I'm going to travel from La Fortuna to Puerto Viejo, how far will that be? Is there any direct transportation in between this two places? if not, shall I just go back to San Jose and transfer from there?
3. Any other suggestion on the schedule? must-go place that is not on it? What about dancing club in San Jose?

I am now in La Fortuna. I have been backpacking in Costa Rica for 2 weeks now. La Fortuna is my 5 th stop. There is an interbus going to Peuto Viejo at 6 am. It costs 39 USD. This is the fastest way to go, 6 hours. If you want to go cheaper way, you have to go back to San Jose and stay overnight there at a hostel. It´s about 20-22 USD less.
My plan is
1 San Jose :day trip to volcano Poas and irazu
2 Tortugareu National Park (an overnight tour from san jose): I went with a tour and had a good time. My tour guide is very good. 89 USD+10 USD park entrance fee, include transportation, boat tour, B&B. If you want to see green turtle hatching, 15 USD extra.
3 Manuel Antionio (from San Jose with direct bus): with a nice beach and a national park where you see some wild animals. I stayed there for 3 nights. Usually you don´t need to stay that many nights, but I don´t like to be rush. I have 3 weeks here, no need to be in a hurry.
4. Monteverde: It took me 3 hours +4 hours on the buses. In here you can take a walk in the sta lena reserve rainforest and take a canopy trip.
5. Jeep-boat-jeep to La Fortuna (20 USD, the backpacker I stayed offering discount for 15USD): it´s a best and fastest way to travel to La fortuna, apprx 2.5 hrs
6 Pueto Viejo (from 1 Aug-5)
7 Panama for 10 days

I am not sure if there is a bus directly from San Jose International airport to Arenal. You might want to check with Interbus, 29 USD from San Jose to La Fortuna (where Arenal is nearby). I know from San Jose center to the airport is 6 USD by Interbus. Taxi will cast around 16-18 USD, and the bus fare is 300 colonies (500 colonies = 1USD) to the bus station in city center.

要觀光的話可以去Fortuna(瀑布,溫泉,火山,騎馬,Canopy等等...), Cartago的火山
那"Guanacaste"最有名的就是海邊, 海邊超美的,像Samara, Manuel Antonio...
或者是去烏龜島"Tortuguero"

想請問11月中到11月底雨季是否不適合去玩..每天下雨會不會哪也去不了.謝謝喔..那裡飯店跟行程應該很好定吧..我在想是否該先定機票比較便宜.. *-)
