Hi,
Does anyone know how long it takes to transfer from an international flight to domestic flight at the Auckland airpot?
Is it possible to make a transfer within 1 hr 15 mins?
My flight will arrive at 11:15 AM, and I'm planning to book a domestic flight to Christchurch departing at 12:30 PM.
Is this feasible?

It's a little bit risky, on arrival at Auckland International Airport, you have to take your luggage and go through Customs, sometimes you get hold up, but sometimes you get through quickly. There is also a 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus between domestic and international terminal, so I think it's better to book flight to Christchurch at least 90 minutes after your arrival in Auckland to avoid rushing around.

我的想法跟菜頭前輩一樣，你最好預留更長一點的時間比較好。之前我也是直接從奧克蘭國際機場到國內機場然後再飛到基督城。
上次我就花了2小時在奧克蘭國際機場，那是我不幸的開始(又是另個衰事)，分述如下:
1. 準備提行李，等很久~ 同班飛機一堆人都擠在那邊，差點拿錯別人的背包，因為顏色一模一樣，還好即時發現，趕快放回輸送帶上。 :-$
2. 大包小包的行李集合好之後，在要去拿推車時，航警人員與小狗正在"聞香"，嗅嗅嗅就嗅到我們的背包有問題。此時臉都綠了，非常緊張的趕快把包包打開讓牠繼續嗅，後來原來是便當盒有味道，航警人員當場把便當盒打開檢查，不過裡面沒什麼東西，後來就讓我們走了。(大家都在看我到底幹了什麼危法的事 :-# )航警人員滿有禮貌的，不過也花了不少時間。雖然自己知道沒帶危法的東西，不過被檢查時，仍是覺的很緊張。
3. 通關時，海關人員有點ooxx，之前看版友說，要選擇男的海關人員比較好，不過我沒想這麼多，就直接讓一個女的海關人員檢查護照，結果，ooxxooxx，她要我出示回程機票，我說我是電子機票，沒有實體機票，然後她跟我開始僵在那邊，問我要待多久，在這有沒朋友，住哪邊，又繞回原題，叫我拿出機票，我拿出我在台灣就預先印好的訂位紀錄與電子機票代碼一整張紙給她看，跟她說，我確實有買電子機票，但她又說，我的回程機票呢? 三條線勒~ 就是沒有實體機票，訂位紀錄她也看不懂。我在那邊站了有半個小時吧。後來她叫航警來，把我帶到旁邊去問話，後來那個航警打電話去問長榮有沒有我這個人，我是否有訂回程，後來航警說回來笑著告訴我，她已跟長榮通過電話確認我沒問題，說我可走了，這時才把我的護照還給我。(我那時真的很ooxx)跟我一起訂電子機票的人都已經通關了，而我還被特別關照，這期間，跟我一起去的另個人，手上並沒有拿紙本的訂位紀錄，而男海關讓他過了，後來男海關看到我被女海關盤問很久，就對女海關說，她的朋友都通過了，她應該沒什麼問題，不過女海關還是繼續的.....
我後來的心得是，拿電子機票的人自己多保重~
4.檢查行李，有鑑於先前的小狗事件，我選擇了走紅線，哇塞!! 紅線全部都是黑頭髮的，而且還排了好長，在排隊時，還碰上台灣阿桑跟檢查行李的人"番"，因為她帶太多香菸，應該是要被罰錢或幹麼的吧，航警要把她帶到旁邊去，但是她就一直用台語跟對方講，而且有點拉扯，事後怎麼了就不清楚了，因為等了約有15分鐘，就輪我檢查了，還好一切OK。(終於放下一顆大石)
就這樣浪費了約有2小時的時間。

Yes. Especially if you are flying Air New Zealand who has a domestic transfer desk on the ground floor of the international airport. You should tell the flight attendants that you have a connecting flight.
