薪水:自己的生意
Salary: running own business
審查資格: 請附上履歷，每星期三餐菜單以及台灣廚師執照
Qualifications: Resume and certificate
廚師: 十月中開始，
Chef: Around mid Oct to start,
週期: 3~5週，負責100人的三餐/ 自己的生意 (請斟酌自己能力，因為你需要有搭檔幫你)
舉例來說: 每週$8000($80/週/人)，8000扣掉花費= 所得利潤
Duration: 3 – 5 week/ need to look after 3 meals for 100 people everyday / running own business
For example: 100 people pay you $8000/week($80/per person), $8000 – cost = Profit (but you definitely need a kitchen hand to help you)
另一個機會八週工期的機會，約一月的第一週開始，是檸檬與葡萄柚的收成季節。30-50個人的團隊。
