I have a problem--
What should we do if we have some terrible contractor(工頭)?
They don't want to pay for our work.
Can we do something or just let it go and feel unfortunately!?
I wish all of you won't meet someone like that!

You can contact the IRD (tax department) to provide anonymous information. You need to provide their name, address, phone number, what they have done, what do you think they have done with the money they earned and the fact that they haven't paid you anything. IRD will then investigate
