furnished with aircon 3bedroom 1bathroom 1toilet 1landray room 1kitchen
good condition! 10min you can walk to woolworth in nightkliff
now I'm looking for a roommate to share the room
(I'm male but I don't care u r male or female if u don't care)
rent is 500 for whole unit
rent for each depends on how many people live in
so far we'r 5 people
by contract we can live 6 people
(so basically if we have 6 live in rent is about 83 electrisity not incloud)
(if girl really want to live here we can still find a way add a single bed in girls room that means maybe 3girls share 1room with 1double bed+1 single bed -need discuessing)
