黑工？白工？怎樣才算是好工？

先小人後君子，我不是工頭，我也沒有工作可以介紹給你，我只是想分享我跟朋友在澳洲做過的工作和感受。我在澳洲只做過４份工，很可惜，沒一份是白工，但我也賺到錢，也有二簽，也有過很多不同的體驗，過了很開心很難忘的一年。
先分享朋友的兩份白工，第一份是在墨爾本的五星級蕃茄工廠，是可以預先投履歷，之後工廠會發一份表格給你填，發回去之後就看你運氣了，運氣好的遇到工廠剛好缺人，不用面試，一星期後就可以上班，而運氣不好的就像我一樣，隔幾個月就發一次，每次都說沒有缺。要注意不要每天也發一次，這會令管理層覺得你很麻煩，可能會把你列入黑名單。這份工時薪＄２０，工作是包裝蕃茄，大概每天上班，時數長，但我聽朋友說壓力超大，做不好的會被fire，雖然賺到很多錢，但真的會很累，人瘦了很多，有時候她甚至想辭職，有錢也不想賺，因為真的很辛苦。如果你目標只是賺錢，又不怕辛苦，這份應該是你的dream job。
第二份朋友的白工是在墨爾本的海鮮工廠，是親自到工廠投履歷的，交通不是很方便，在郊區，時薪也是＄２０，工作是洗鮑魚，站一整天低頭的洗，所以脖子會很酸痛。有時候也要刀殺鮑魚，要很用力，也可能會割到手，要很小心。缺點是工作不穩定，可以一個星期也沒班，也可以一星期有五天上班，每天下班才會知道明天有沒有班，因為要看鮑魚的數量，而且工廠本身已經有一班外國人在工作，所以不會請很多背包客。如果你很隨性，不怕不穩定，這份應該是你的dream job。
講了這麼多，無非是想說，每個人的dream job也不同，有人做農場沒賺到甚麼錢也覺得很開心，有人卻做了一天就走了；有人覺得做黑工浪費時間浪費錢，有人卻因為做黑工而儲到錢回台灣買房子；當然，薪水高又不辛苦的白工每個人也想做，但問題是一定不容易找，找到的是幸運，但找不到的也不用灰心啊！其實找工作最重要的是問清楚你自己想要甚麼，賺錢？練英文？體驗農場？認識朋友？在我而言，每一份工作都是我的dream job，因為每一份工作都給了我不同的體驗，有開心也有不開心的，但都是令我成長的難忘體驗。所以只要不放棄，我相信你也會找到屬於你自己的dream job。

Actually I know, although the govt have some policy for turning down the price recently, they are not work. I really don't know how can I earn enough money for a small house! The rich become richer and the poor become poorer. That's very sad.
