campus (It takes 5 minutes to go to school by tram 86)
The house is just in Bundoora shopping centre (safeway,
coles everything you can find here)
Walk 3 minutes to tram 86 stop

Price: AUD 130 per week, all the bills (gas, electricity, water and internet=> 12G) are included (L)
Bond: one month

Room: single room. with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe

Time to move in: Available from the beginning of July

Note: Female preferred, for the other roomates are girls (la trobe student)
from Singapore (they are also very nice!!)

BTW, the rent contract is at least 6 months
