Look! We have a room available from June 22(Mon) in a cute vintage lemon house for clean & tidy people.
Location:
- situated at east brisbane, close to woolloongabba cricket stadium
- just 5 mins walk to woolloogabba bus station, 10 mins to city by bus
- Coles & IGA, Mcdonalds, KFC, 24-hour convenient store, Dan Murphy bottle shop(cheap alcohol selling there!) near by
- 15 mins down to brisbane river to enjoy the beautiful night view or do rock climbing
Facilities:
- fast-speed wireless internet access
- an amazingly big and well equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, rice cooker, water heater and all cooking utensils available for use)
- a backyard with BBQ facility
- separated toilet and shower room (which means no queue in morning)
- TV, DVD, CD player
Room:
- The doubled bed room provided with bed sheets, pillow, pillow case & blankets
- a super big closet for clothes and shoes
- a study desk with lamp
People:
There are two international couples from Brazil, Peru and Japan. You can learn and practice English with the brazillian landlord who travelled a lot
in many countries. You can also exchange receipes with the Japanese girl who is a chef in a restaurant.
Bills:
Single - $200 per week (own room)
2 people/couple - $100 per week for each person (must come in together)
* electricity, gas, water and internet included
* 2-week prior move-out notice
* refundable 2-week bonds
* additional $5 per month for toilet paper & laundry powder

If travelling from city, just get on bus 200,210,212,230,235 and jump off
