AVAILABLE FROM 8 Dec 09 until 3 Jan 2010. Minimum 3 weeks renting. Room size approx: 13ft x 13 ft Room facilities: bunk bed, TV, chairs, desk, wardrobes, bookcases, mirror, ceiling fan and downlightings. Bed lining and pillows will be provided.
House facilites: All necessary facilities/equipments are ready for travelers to use.
5 mins walk to shopping centre and bus stop. 8 mins by bus or 27 mins by foot to big Shopping Mall (Macquarie Center). 25 mins Direct bus to city. 40 mins train to airport.
Very quiet, clean, safe and tidy. Good management.
Share toilet with a girl.
Only University students are living in this house. This room is renting out cause the students are going back home for holiday. I, as the owner of the house, just want to help them to reduce their rent while they are not in Sydney.
