Safe neighborhood, clean and quiet. No smoker, party people or overnight stay. Okay with pets.

Location: Only in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond area.
Distance to Vancouver downtown: no more than 30 mins by Skytrain or bus
Rent monthly: $480 to $620 included everything : All utilities, hydro, Gas & Wifi

1. How long will it take to Downtown Vancouver and walking distance to nearest Skytrain station?
2. Is internet access, shared bathroom and laundry included without additional fee?
3. Any deposit or bond need to be paid?

6. Any contract or agreement needed?
