請問有便宜的房間或是hostel可以介紹的嗎??

就在23點左右,匆匆買下了
5/27(二)新加坡18:10 飛往 達爾文00:15的機票
就這樣,我的首站,變成達爾文了8-|
請問:
(一)http://www.tradchinese.hostelworld.com/index.php 裡面的住宿已經算便宜了嗎?都要19起跳耶!
哪一間會比較方便我去辦開戶及稅號等資料呢?
(二)我的抵達時間是否為:5/28的凌晨?再出關也要1點,這樣該如何前往住的地方呢?

Melaleuca backpacker or chili's backpacker.. Melaleuca may be better.
I think the price could be higher then $19 in high season.

I slept in airport whole night till 10:40am the next day.
or write a letter to your backpacker for night check-in.

或是去哪些網站可以找的到租屋訊息，
因為我4月6日會到達爾文，只有訂了前5晚的hostel，
這是我知道的租屋網，但訊息好少且一個星期好像有點貴(不知合不合理)
