房東是一對伊朗兄弟，非常NICE~唯一的缺點就是東西多了點
房間大到可放四張雙人床，內含私人衛浴、陽台、衣櫃間可以再放張單人床XD
可媲美四星級MOTEL，近期放上美照～
P.S.兩週的押金，兩週付一次租金"105$ PER EACH"

• Apartment located in heart of Southport, only minutes walk to Australia fair, Gold Coast Hospital and very close to Griffith Uni also 2-3 min walk to Bus stop (709 & 3). no pets.
• Spacious Master bedroom that has a big built in wardrobe and your own large bathroom and your own big balcony with Air conditioner plus an extra fan.
• Rent includes electricity, Internet and cleaning products and etc.
• Rent is $195 per week, plus 2 weeks Bond. Or 105 per person.
