我的紐西蘭朋友即將在06/06~09/17前往南美洲三個月, 他希望有人在這段時間承租他的房間(單人房), 提供以下資訊:
Room available in WOOLLOONGABBA from 6th June 2009 to 17th September 2009 ;地點: Brisbane ; Park Road train station ( zone 2 ) 走路不到五分鐘
- Large Queenslander house with 2 bathrooms
- 房子為Queenslander建材, 有4間房間; 兩間浴室, 兩個大客廳, 一間廚房
- Great location – close to CBD & supermarkets
- 靠近Brisbane市中心; 附近有便宜的超市
- $115 per week, including expenses and wireless internet
- 一星期$115, 包含水電瓦斯還有無線網路
- Fully furnished room in a friendly multi-cultural environment
- 傢俱全包, 室友隨和而且來自不同國家( 哥倫比亞, 日本,韓國,印度 )
- Close to transport (four minutes walk to Park Road train station)
- 靠近大眾交通運輸( 走路4分鐘到Park Road火車站 )
